Suffering from a huge lack of building inspiration right now and I hate it 😣 I started a few projects over the past weeks, but I swear that everything I do turns out ugly. If anyone has any building ideas or tips on how to get out of this rut, feel free to send me a message!

Marina Road

The three colorful townhouses that make up Marina Road are located right next to Whiskerman’s Wharf and offer beautiful views over the harbor and the ocean beyond. Unfortunately, the Sims 4 doesn’t allow (yet…? #wishfulthinking) for lots to be split into actual separate, functional apartments, but you could still have multiple families move into the houses and use some clever door-locking magic to make sure they all stay in their respective homes. Or you could just pick one of the houses and keep the other two as decoration. Whatever you wish!

All three houses are fully furnished and decorated, and have a small back garden with access to the wharf.

Wellington Terrace

Wellington Terrace is an elegant, modernly decorated townhouse counting no less than five stories, including a fully furnished basement and a spacious attic that could easily be converted into a third bedroom. Apart from a gym and sauna, the basement also features a home office with a separate entrance from the street. Having been built on a relatively small lot, the house doesn't have a lot of outdoor space, but there is a patio with a dining area and barbecue.

Honeywell Cottage

Situated right on the edge of the beach, Honeywell Cottage is the perfect home for a couple or a small family that loves going for early morning swims in the ocean or long walks to the pier and beyond. The house is relatively small, but its bright and sunny interior provides all the conveniences a Sim might need. There are two bedrooms (one of which doubles as a study or home office), two bathrooms, and a back porch looking out over the beach and ocean.
