The curse of being an empath. So many reasons to name at the moment, but one of them being we love to hard and we put our needs last just to prove to the other person that yes good people still do exist in the world. But that can be a bad thing in itself for the simple fact that the other person won't even care and they will manipulate and abuse the privilege of having you in their life. They take advantage of you, and it makes the empath shut down. (Which is where I am in life right now) I've been to loving to caring to others and NOONE I have ever crossed paths with in life has reciprocated back to me. Ive been sucked dry of my over loving, caring, kindness. 🤷🏾‍♀️
