 Edward Burnet Tylor wrote "Primitive culture" in 1871,and depeloped the evolution thoery . It is speculated that the situation in France motivated him to ask whether Humankind goes forward or backward. In 1871, "Commune de Paris" (the community of Paris) was founded by citizens.The event appeared to some English inttellectuals to be degenerative in the era.
