Now, I’m not saying I straight up want this to happen, or that DATV will 100% be a game good enough for this to happen (it probably won’t), or if it can even qualify

But wouldn’t it be so fucking funny if DATV won this year’s Game Awards. You know, the 10th anniversary Game Awards. You know. Just like DAI won the very first Game Awards. Wouldn’t that be fun and fit for a good ending

Unironically think it’s a great theory, (even if I don’t think they would necessarily point at this so deliberately), especially considering how, if you look, the ones without their eyes alight are bellara harding and neve, and they do have highest chance to stay with us throughout the entire game.

From the gameplay trailer we know Harding and Neve are most likely to be our very first companions, and those usually get to stay with the player even if they have bad relationships (alistair and morrigan, Cassandra, varrik and solas).

while Bellara, from what we can gather, seems to be the one most tightly connected with the main plot, as the same was once mentioned about her loyalty quest, and she definitely seems to be tightly connected with themes of Veil, as a Veil Jumper, and elven gods, as we can hear her shocked line in a date releas trailer.

Now can’t wait to see if this will proof to be true, but yeah, you definitely got me thinking

My most far fetched veilguard theory is that people with glowing eyes could potentially die during the game. Or it’s the other way around. I feel like because emmrich glows the same as his necromancy magic it’s connected to death.
