I made a Don't Starve OC! Here he is:

Wilder is 22 years old & is from whatever the current IRL year is. (2024 as of the date of posting.)

Stats: 150 health, 175 hunger, 150 sanity

Favorite food: Pumpkin Cookies

Here's what each of his quirks mean gameplay wise:

Likes manual labor: does laborious tasks 50% faster (like chopping trees, mining rocks, collecting sticks/grass, etc)

Doesn't mind a little water: doesn't get a sanity drain until 50 wetness/no sanity loss from wet clothes/tools

Wears noise canceling headphones: cannot hear incoming bosses/hound attacks

Anxious, like, all the time: constant -5 sanity drain per minute, an additional -5 within an aura of other players

Backstory:

Wilder loves to work. He's worked all sorts of jobs: landscaping, construction work, cooking, cleaning, even truck driving - pointedly, anything but an office job.

He just has to keep moving to keep the thoughts in his head at bay. He's always worried about saying and doing the wrong things. So worried, in fact, he'd withdrawn from nearly everyone in his life. Even that was not enough to relieve him; his thoughts still consumed him every hour of every day about the little interactions he did have, and it drove him mad.

When met with the opportunity for a new job, one where he wouldn't have to face the anxieties of regular work life - no bosses, no judgy coworkers, no angry customers - he gladly said yes.

Unfortunately, surviving in the wilderness with a group of people you don't know isn't exactly great for anxiety.
