You pouted at your girlfriend as you leaned on the doorframe. "Why does it seem like you want me out of here." The rapper laughed out before playing with the ends of your hair. "First off, I keep on getting distracted when I see my favourite cheerleader on the sidelines." You chuckled softly before pecking her cheek gently.

"Plus, the faster you get your stuff done, the sooner I can have you to myself again." She leaned up pecking your lips quickly before turning a heel to walk away. You smiled and took her hand in yours pulling her into you again before pressing your lips firmly onto hers.

Ryujin smiled against your lips before pulling away and tenderly looking at you. You wrapped your arm around her and pulled away, excited to see her after your hellish unfinished project.

Lee Chaeryeong

After you two met and became good friends, your friends wound up becoming almost as close as the two of you. Granted they didn't have the connection you two had but they had become casual with each other enough to be comfortable enough to hang out as a group. Inevitably, your friends and the rest of Itzy banned together and planned to have a get-together to hang out.

You eyed them all before looking at Chaeryeong, who was now beginning to look more anxious. You flashed a small smile her way, bringing her a bit of comfort.

After spit-balling ideas for something to play, from the obvious 7 Minutes in Heaven to a classic game of cards. Finally after almost 20 minutes of back and forth, you all settled on Truth or Dare. Rounds and rounds of you, your friends, and the members of Itzy each revealing secrets, desires, and of course enacting spicy or hilarious dares.

"So, N/n!" Ryujin called you, to which you looked at them expectantly. "I'm listening, hot shot." You mocked before a series of 'oooh's' echoed throughout the group. Both of you smirked at each other, silently challenging the other. "Okay, buddy. Truth or dare?"

"Truth." A sinister smirk fell onto her lips before she tilted her head towards the quiet woman beside you. "How do you really feel about Chaeryeong?" A tense silence washed over the room as all eyes and ears were on you. Waiting for your answer. You looked at the idol next to you, her eyes closed waiting for the impending remarks, a warm smile graced your lips.

"If I said I liked her it would be the understatement of the century." The tension that held in her shoulders melted away as everyone smirked before moving along with the game. Bravely, she inched her hand closer to yours, intertwining her pinky with yours. An obvious blush dusted across both your cheeks, dopey smiles on your faces.

Night fell over the city when the rest of the group left you and Chaeryeong alone to buy dinner at a place across the street. Neither of you said anything as you picked up the garbage and placed everything back in their places. Every now and then, the dancer would look over her shoulder and see you staring at her. The tension between you two was beginning to suffocate you.

"I meant what I said, Chaer..." You muttered softly, playing with the pillow you had previously been fluffing. She looked back at you shyly before averting her gaze. "Why me?"

You walked over to her still body, taking her in your arms. You turned her around, forcing her to look up at you. "Because...you're amazing, talented, gorgeous, intelligent, and hilarious. What more could I want?" You paused pushing a stray hair from her face. "And from the moment I met you..." You paused taking in how she looked in the fading afternoon lights. "I wanted to see where the spark I felt when I first met your eye would go."

You leaned forward, your hand moving down to pull Chaeryeong by the waist, capturing her lips in a slow kiss. You smiled as you tilted your head a little more to the side, deepening the connection between the two of you. You felt your stomachs do flips as her heart raced in her chest. Rather reluctantly, she pulled away, a smile growing on her pink lips.

"Fireworks."

Shin Yuna

Yuna tossed her phone onto the table before her before grunting frustrated, running a hand through her hair. Yeji eyed her with a raised brow. The younger of the two pouted and looked up to her bandmate.

"Y/n?"

"Y/n."

Her head fell to the table with a dull thud. It hadn't been the first time you seemed colder than usual. It started with a short reply to a text. Then when the two of you were hanging out, you left after a few minutes. It continued to pile up and the youngest had no idea what to do. "Does it seem like I'm more invested? Between the two of us?" Yeji opened her mouth before she was cut off again. "I mean, she asked me out first right? I'm not forcing myself onto her?" She continued to ramble as the older member patiently waited for her to finish ranting.

Once she was finished ranting the eldest offered a kind smile to Yuna, taking her hands in hers. "If you do feel this way, it's best to talk to Y/n about it." Yuna bit her lip softly before excusing herself to call you over.

When she texted you a cute 'could you come over for me please' text with a handful of affectionate emojis and got a simple 'yeah, sure' it didn't ease her mind. Yuna had wound up stress cleaning then pacing around the dorm's common rooms, catching the attention of all her fellow members. The other four made their attempts to calm their youngest down to no avail, she kept thinking about your 'relationship.' She continuously thought that you weren't actually interested in her at all.

So when you arrived during all this madness; you were a little shocked to see Chaeryeong behind the door. Usually when you visited the dorm, Yuna was the first to greet you at the door with a warm hug that felt like home and an immediate narration of how her day went. It was your relief after school and part-time job.

As you walked in, you were met with four sympathetic looks and the girl you liked downcast. On impulse, you walked up to her, kneeling to eye level. Meeting her brown eyes, silently asking her what had happened. The rest of Itzy dispersed, leaving you both to talk in the living room.

"Just get it over with..." Yuna said quietly, still not meeting your eye. Your brows pinched together immediately. The idol hastily took her hands out of your grip and got up to pace again, a hand running over her forehead. You got up and she pursed her lips, finally looking at you.

"You're going to say that you don't like me that way, right? I mean, I get it." She paused to compose herself. "It's okay, I mean maybe I wasn't taking a hint and I'm sorry about that..." You began to hush her as her breath began to hitch with every word. You took her in your arms, stroking her back in a futile attempt to make sense of what she was saying.

"Who in the ever living hell gave you the idea that I no longer have interest in you..." You muttered, pushing her away and placed a hand on her cheek, stroking her lightly defined cheekbone. Yuna looked up at you, "I...I though...You were acting so cold..." You chuckled softly and took a deep breath.

"You could say I was intimidated..." You muttered before pulling away a little further to make sure you had her full attention. "Not because of your status or anything, you could've been some stressed out college student and you would've caught my eye."

You paused to word your thought together. "The way I feel for you is more than I've ever felt in my 18 years of life. That isn't saying a lot but what I'm saying is, I feel so much, so intensely that it's a first for me..." Yuna began to smile as you spoke, her pale cheeks growing rosier and rosier. "...I've never felt this way. It's terrifying, Yuna."

Suddenly, the maknae, reserved for longer than she could when she was with you, wrapped her arms around your neck. Her lips coming in contact with yours in a rather clumsy manner. You couldn't help but smile, this was Yuna. Clumsy, passionate, and brought on by extreme emotion, that was your girl in a nutshell.

When she pulled away, she giggled before placing her head in the crook of your neck. You pulled her close, wanting to feel her to feel how fast your heart was beating as a sign that you were being truthful. The grin on her face grew even wider and her hold on you tightened.
