I would say it depends
Some people are okay with gendered terms (like mom or dad) but some people also just invent things :) I for one am okay with gendered terms so mom or mama would be okay for me
I dont know many terms that are nonbinary:(
Question to NB/agender folx & people with NB/agender parents: What would a NB/agender parent want to be called by their child?
I googled this, but feel skeptical of my search results and would like other opinions. This is for the purpose of writing characters.
