I feel like my followers are like a little bug collection. Sure I have like 100 followers on instagram but my 19 here feel much more important and more personal. Also I stopped posting on instagram because that place is hell for artists.

Hi I’m Thoth. I’m your resident writer and artist with a bit of an obsession with The Magnus Archives. It’s a podcast and if you engage with me you are signing up to hear about it so do proceed with caution. I like things such as horror and for whatever reason I cannot have the normal interests. No, I have to like the most niche possible things. Who needs to be up to date with pop culture when you can fill your brain up with the entire lore of the Magnus Archives instead! Atleast then the terrible things that happen are fictional and you don’t have to worry about pointless drama over celebrities doing terrible things. If you ask me about TMA or my characters I will gladly rant about those things for hours to you.

I am really proud of this drawing. I first went and drew it in pen on paper and then took a picture and put it into ibis paint, then fiddled with the settings and then colored it. I like this method because then it looks more traditional and I don’t have to do lineart twice.

I need to post more stuff about this au I swear. I should probably also actually start making the events of the story rather than just worldbuilding. But I also like world building ;-;.

Thrix is silly in that their favourite hobby is blackmail and spying on college students due to not having any actual hobbies. I don’t know maybe they make little movies about their students lives.

If you do pick them simplify as much as you need to since their hair can be very painful to draw. You don’t even need to draw their antenna or extra limbs if you don’t feel like it lol.
