Oftentimes I stay away from the people I love BECAUSE I love them.. may not make sense to many I think it makes a lot of sense to those who just know. It's one of those if you know you know things. Hurts me that they care so much atleast I think they care....I don't know...Hate my mind..but I love God who gave me this mind...I love the good of my mind...I despise the off color issues inside my mind. I'm praying for peace and healing and recovery mentally physically and spiritually.
I stopped eating popcorn and corn in general a while ago but honestly a good calming or funny movie to escape the anhedonia and the stress of mental spiraling is what everyone really needs every once in awhile. A good movie and a healthy snack like air poppedpopcorn with low sodium and avocado oil. I thank the Lord for weekends and good food. Amen. God bless
