Medic clearly doesn't want Heavy to die and tries to warn him of TFC heavy's gun, & not being concerned about himself
CONTINUOUSLY helped Demoman with eye surgery so that he'd be satisfied even though it was devastating each time he did so
values even a dove's life even though he has several of them. he values each individual animal
medic being very concerned & unsupportive of Sniper going out in his condition
He cares deeply about his pet doves...and serial killers and heartless monsters usually start off by killing animals but NOOOO medic is extremely protective and loving about his doves
He was happy seeing one of his FRIENDS and was worried about their well-being

My proof that medic isn't all heartless, cold, and evil
