I'm really pleased with this page I made in my bullet journal to track my trichotillomania! (For those who don't know, trichotillomania is a BFRB where people compulsively pull out their own hair.) I have my goals broken down by days gone without pulling, and I list my reward next to a space where I can tally off the days. Finally, I found some cute silver holographic stars I can put in the last column to celebrate reaching my goal! This is a great way to track other habits as well!

Space ask! Betelgeuse, Orion, Cassiopeia, Hercules, hydra, and shooting star!

Betelgeuse: What’s something you can never forget about? I don’t think I will ever be able to forget my time in drum corps. It’s such a life-changing experience, and it sticks with you no matter where you go in life. It also has A LOT of unique situations that sound hilarious to the rest of the world!!

Orion: Favourite month? September, without a doubt. It is the only month that me and the weather get along!

Cassiopeia: Favourite book? Ahhh, maybe The Alienist, by Caleb Carr? It’s so hard to pick! 

Hercules: Favourite instrument? The Xylophone (it’s the only instrument I know how to play!). It just sounds so melodious, and mallet instruments are cool!! 

Hydra: Favourite sound? Rain drops hitting the window. It’s so soothing.

Shooting Star: If you could bring back one thing, what would it be? I would bring back dresses from the 1950′s. They’re all just so cute!
