Ok so I may have gone a little ham on the Chibi clones. I am really happy with how they all came out though. if you wanna see my 502st little guys Its my previous post. This was a ton of fun and was a lot less stressful that working on a full illustration so that’s cool :) anyways enjoy my little guys.

I had a massive meltdown tonight about not being good enough / being worthless and you know what? The tactics my cognitive behavioural therapist gave me worked. They snapped me out of it. I’m not going to cry myself to sleep tonight after being triggered and I can’t put into words how insane that is. I know CBT doesn’t work for everyone but I’m nearly in tears again with the overwhelming sudden clarity that there’s a way out of this. This is going to work and one day I’m going to be okay.
