Ngl I love chase but I have never felt more angry at a fictional character then when after brook got back from literal torture after going missing (which took them way too long to realize???) chase was drunk as hell and only worried about scarlet the scene where brook is standing off to the side while chase frets over her was actually so upsetting especially right after we see brook actually vulnerable for once its just ugh amazing chase never cared for brook as much as I think brook cared for both him and scarlet even if brook didn’t show it as obviously

Second I love your theory so much and I agree with all your points I really think thats a perfect way to include him again and is what scarlet and brook both need the only reason I think it might not happen is grave seems to have set up like brook loving this domestic life and break he’s getting and I don’t see him just going back on that at least not right away maybe if theres quite a few episodes between then sure but right now hes getting his normal life arc which like love that for him love that hes getting that buuuuuut I wanna see him fight things I wanna see him be plot relevant I want him back :(((

Ive been trying to read all the nevermore drama and oh boy some how this all revolves around shipping discourse ;-; how did we get here ngl “clique 1” seems like they just were like “do we have to ship prospero guys?” “Cant we have one romance repulsed aro without ‘aros are a spectrum’ being shoved in our faces?” And ive felt the same I’ve seen no actual evidence of them harassing anyone and more of red harassing teenagers its just so crazy with everything going on

What I hate is when aros are like “wow aromantic character who is the most romance repulsed to have ever repulsed is being shipped cause ‘spectrum’ that kinda sucks :/“ and people act like they’ve just freaked out at the person doing the shipping. Its stupid fandom nonsense you *can* ship whoever you want no ones gonna cancel you over it, doesn’t mean they have to like it! Also bestie boo bear its really telling that you feel the need to put one of what 5-10 aromantic characters of all time in a relationship “because spectrum!!” No be so fr its because you wanted them in a relationship this isnt about what aromantic people can or cant do this is about what you want them to do this is your way to write around it and thats fine its fiction you do you but dont be surprised when aros are like “oh ew” and if your an aro about to say “but im aro and I do this” good for you! You’re not who I’m talking about. /lh /ily /p and don’t even get me started on people who act like not wanting a character to be in a relationship is infantilizing thanks for telling me you infantilize me and all other relationship adverse people!
