Pro-endo Traumagenic Culture Is Seeing Anti-endos Call Every System They Deem A Faker Schizophrenic And
pro-endo traumagenic culture is seeing anti-endos call every system they deem a faker “schizophrenic” and “delusional” like you can’t have schizophrenia and be a system at the same time, and wanting to defend others from that, but don’t want to be harassed for being a DID system on the schizophrenic spectrum

"trans people can be transphobic too" is absolutely true, I see it every day
but you guys Do realize that acting like being attracted to and wanting to date a trans person is inherently fetishizing, that it's Impossible to want to do that while seeing trans people as fully realized autonomous People, Is Also Transphobia
and it gets Especially weird when you apply it to other trans people blindly, as if there's No Reason for a trans person to be drawn to trans bodies (or Get This, to be more Comfortable with other trans people in a relationship) beyond being a chaser
whether someone is a fetishist or a chaser or not literally has nothing to do with whether they're attracted to trans people, it has to do with how they TREAT trans people. in much the same way being in a relationship doesn't make someone an abuser, abusing your partner does.
if being attracted to cis bodies is a neutral act but being attracted to trans bodies is a red flag then that's Saying Something About How You See Trans Bodies
I wanted to make a post about this because it’s really frustrating me.
Xenopronouns are a type of pronoun that cannot be understood by human language. An example is a pronoun that is a pattern of flashing lights (like a firefly) or a pronoun in sign language, but you need four arms to sign it. They can also be things like the sensation of electricity, the sound of glass shattering, etc. that humans can’t produce. They are primarily used by nonhumans.
What about pronouns like star/stars, raccoon/raccoons, or green/greens? Those are nounself pronouns, not xenopronouns. I don’t know where the confusion comes from. Maybe from the fact that these pronouns are usually used by xenogender people and “xenogender pronouns” gets shortened to xenopronouns. The truth is that any gender can use any pronouns, so associating nounself pronouns with xenogenders is just wrong.
One of my new companions wants to use xenopronouns to accentuate xir nonhumanity, and I’m trying to find resources about those pronouns to better understand my companion and figure out how to refer to xem (xe said I could use xe/xem as an aux). But the xenopronouns tag is flooded with people tagging posts about nounself pronouns with xenopronouns. It makes it very hard to find posts about actual xenopronouns.
Please don’t push xenopronoun users out of their own tag. If that tag becomes basically unusable, where else are they supposed to go? It’s not that hard to tag a post about nounself pronouns with #nounself pronouns instead of #xenopronouns.
being attracted to objects is morally neutral yall get that right. even if it's a kid's plushie/toy. as long as you're not getting off to it's connection to children yall need to lay off the plushums. and i don't even know why i have to say this but either all objects can consent or none can. there is no fucking difference there are not "child" objects and "adult" objects. they are objects. just bc YOU think being attracted to a fuckin idk my little pony plush is weird/gross, or you aren't attracted to them (personally an ick for me too), be respectful.
this should be a fucking freezing cold take by now
Incorrect Terminology
Whether they imply a different contextual meaning or are just grammatically incorrect, here are some terms and phrases you want to avoid using in the otherkin community.
Otherkins
The term “otherkins” is commonly used on Tumblr to describe a multiple amount of otherkin. However, this terminology is an incorrect usage grammar. The plural form of otherkin is otherkin, not “otherkins”.
❎ : There are a lot of Otherkins in the room.
✅ : There are a lot of Otherkin in the room.
Kins
The term “kins” has the same issue as “otherkins”; it displays incorrect grammar. The specific species an Otherkin identifies as is a kin-type, so the plural form would be kin-types, not “kins”.
❎ : I have two kins.
✅ : I have two kin-types.
“Identify With”
The phrase “identify with” has to be one of the most notorious misconceptions associated with otherkin. Commonly used on Tumblr to describe the otherkin identity, it implies that Otherkinity is a strong connection to a non-human creature. This implication is incorrect.
The proper phrase is “identify as”, not “identify with”.
❎ : Otherkin identify with a non-human creature.
✅ : Otherkin identify as a non-human creature.
Kinning
While being an attempt to make the term “otherkin” into an action, “kinning” is used to describe the concept of otherkin identifying as a certain species. Not only is it incorrect, it is just confusing in general.
The proper phrase is “identify as”.
❎ : Are you kinning with that species?
✅ : Do you identify as that species?
