I'm Rewatching Wednesday Again And While I'm Looking Forward To Season 2, I'll Miss Xavier So Much. First,
I'm rewatching Wednesday again and while I'm looking forward to season 2, I'll miss Xavier so much. First, I love his character. Second, I am and always will be a wavier shipper. But most important: There’s so much narration potential gone to waste! What is Xavier’s dark side Ajax spoke about? Is it just ambition or is there more?
And then there are his visions. Wednesday is clearly a raven and Morticia a dove. Can there be a mix or a third thing? I think Xavier has potential for both. He was brooding and sad through most of season 1, but he is also idealistic and so fiercely loyal. I wonder how his visions would develop if he happened to be truly happy. I would have loved to see more about how his visions and art go hand in hand. Xavier is a psychic and an illusionist, that’s a fascinating and potential explosive combination. Wednesday is bad at feelings. Xavier IS feelings. Two powerful gifts, a twisted, complex psyche and that together with being a hormonal teen gives so much room for development. And we'll never get that.

If you support gay marriage reblog this. If you're on the homophobic side, keep scrolling.

As a bisexual, it sickens me that some people WILL keep scrolling.
@edwinpayne-deadboy @biconcharlesrowland Guys, you need to buy "Tabu" and play against the girls. They won’t stand a chance with so many insiders you have.
@edwinpayne-deadboy It’s a board game where people play in groups/pairs. One player has to explain a term to his teammate/s without using easy words to do it. E.g. explain "cinema" without using the words "movie", "screen", "theatre", "popcorn" and "watching".
The team which gets more correct answers in a certain time frame wins.
i love that dbd acknowledges that edwin and charles have 30+ years of "noodle incidents" to confuse crystal with. imagine the gang is looking through old cases for info they think might be useful and its just:
edwin: check the case of the courthouse
charles: was that the one where we got arrested or the one where we got married?
crystal: im sorry- what?!
edwin: no, the courthouse was the one where you tried to receive your own life insurance
crystal: nonono backtrack a second- when were you two going to tell me about this
charles: ok technically we didn't get married, lewis and gina turner did, but-
crystal: im not talking about that
crystal: im talking about edwin having a criminal record
-two days later-
crystal: wait you tried to get your own life insurance
edwin: he got in a rather embarrassing argument with a receptionist over the issue
charles: its why im not allowed to be the woman anymore
edwin: indeed, we used to play the stationary game for the role
crystal: i have so many questions but lets start with this, the stationary game??
charles: rock paper scissors
I've just read a wonderful Payneland fanfic - "With him I love" from Aliquis (Part 2 in a series, you should read "Of a youth who loved me" first).
In this story the boys watch Hadestown together and Charles claims he wouldn’t have turned around in Orpheus' place. Edwin disagrees.
Now I can’t get this scenario out of my head. If that would have been Charles' only way to get Edwin out of hell - Charles going in front of Edwin, not looking back, Edwin not able to speak (shouldn't be too easy), would Charles manage not to turn around? What if he heard monsters attacking Edwin? Would he be able to keep going?
I'm so obsessed with the idea, I think I won’t get it out of my head before writing a fic about it.
@riceinthechurch Would that be okay for you?

@nikoisalsoalive No spraying cats with water! Bad Niko! What’s rude in humans is charming and a sign of a strong personality in cats. That should be encouraged, not punished!
(Don’t know if you can tell, but I have two of those charming strong personalities at home.)
dear netflix, fuck you.
