THE TRAGEDY OF BRUCE AND JASON'S RELATIONSHIP IS NOT THAT BRUCE DID NOT LOVE JASON ENOUGH ITS THAT BRUCE LOVED JASON SO MUCH THAT, NO MATTER HOW MUCH BRUCE WANTED TO KILL THE JOKER, EVEN IN THE DEPTHS OF HIS DESPAIR AND HATRED, HE KNEW THAT IF HE DID HE WOULD BE IN PART SPITTING IN THE FACE OF THE IDEALS THAT HIS SON DIED FOR AND HE COULD NOT LET HIMSELF TO DESTROY THE HEROIC LEGACY OF JASON TODD, BUT WHEN JASON RETURNED HE TOOK BRUCE'S UNDYING DEVOTION AND SWALLOWED RAGE FOR APATHY

I worked from 8:45pm on Friday to 1:13am on Saturday. I got home about 2am and didn't fall asleep until closer to 3am.

My body had the audacity to wake me up at 7:32am. I said no, turned over, went back to sleep and didn't wake up again until 11:36am. I then curled up on my dad's bed while he was laying bills and fell asleep. I woke up again again at 3:15pm. I didn't move until 4pm.

Cool. All that's fine except for the fact that I now can't sleep. I knew this would happen, but it doesn't make me any less upset.

Now, do I read more fanfics (I just finished one, and then read an update on another) or do I work on my own WIPs?

Sigh. Tis the life of an unhealthy sleep schedule.

Maybe I should take my own advice...

Would it be shitty of me to ask my sisters pay me when I watch their pets?

If I volunteer, I'll do it for free

And it's not like I lose any work hours

But, my schedule is 9am to 2 or 3am. When they need me to watch dog (twin) or cats (oldest) it's always from 7am to 5 or 6pm (with few deviations)

My twin's dog (Fives, named after the clone) can't be left alone. Her roommate has a cat, but Fives is left in the kennel. I go to her

My oldest sister's cats (three of them) can be left alone, but she and her fiance don't want to pay the pet fee, so they're hiding them. They come to me

Would it be shitty to ask $5 an hour when I watch them?

I've told both of them that I accept payment in money or food. I don't think either took me seriously

So apparently some people new to Tumblr think a repost and a reblog are the same thing, so when they see creators asking for people to not repost, they're thinking the creators are saying to not reblog 😭

Y'all, a repost is when you copy/download the work and create a new post using the work making it seem as if it's yours. A reblog is you using a site provided feature to share the creator's post directly from the creator so that it's still credited to them and they still get all of the traction/notes from the work.

Please, reblog fics/art/etc. that you enjoy! Reblogging is not reposting! Creatives need support too, and reblogging is a way to do that!

No one reblogs on tumblr anymore.

No one leaves comments on Ao3 anymore.

Seriously people the lack of fandom interaction these days makes me genuinely depressed, it never used to be like this, makes me wonder what's the point of coming online to do anything anymore.

Reblog a post so other people can see it.

Leave a comment so the author doesn't feel like giving up.

Fandom cannot live on Likes or Kudos alone.

I can always tell which of my coworkers have kids or grandkids because whenever they come around to break me or I come around to break them they always say a rendition of, "Do you/I need to go potty."

Not toilet, not restroom, not loo, not even bathroom. Potty.

I know it's a hard habit to get rid of, but I am 20 years old. Please do not ask if I need to go potty.
