How do ghosts speak?

They don't breathe, so I assume speaking would be difficult to pick up/continue to do because breathing isn't a thing they need to do.

Along with that, ghosts don't have functional organs and stuff, so would their vocal cords work the same way?

Speaking and yelling and making noise is just air being pushed from your lungs, through your vocal cords (which vibrate and move to make different sounds), and out your mouth (shaped to make words and stuff)

The question goes for other dead/undead/undying entities as well. If they have a rotted physical body or no body at all, how do they speak?
