When my mom went to the store earlier, I told her to pick up a pigeon off the street and bring it home for me.
She brought me home Cheez-It socks instead.
I'm not complaining. I love my new socks
The Squad that technically doesn’t even exist

I've read all of One Piece, but I was watching it with my mom up until January. We got to just before the Dressrosa(sp) Arc and then Funimation got bought out by Crunchyroll and CR isn't on the T.V!
Netflix says it's got the first 22 seasons, but I checked and the seasons and the last two are listed as Fishman Island and Egghead. They're missing two whole arcs!!!
I am distraught
Much like most people, I don't like to talk to people over the phone. (I don't like to talk to people usually, but that's besides the point.) If I get a phone call and it says Spam Risk or it's an unknown number, then I always hang up. My family knows only to call me in emergencies, so I always pick up for them. My bosses have learned to text me first instead of calling.
My policy for answering the phone is this: "If it's important, they'll (being unnamed number) will call back or text me"
Also, don't tell anyone, but my phone ringing wakes me up better than my alarms which is why I emphasized to my family to call me in emergencies no matter the time, especially if they can't get a hold of either of my parents first.
Also, also, my parents don't charge their phones at night. Neither of them have cords in their room to charge their phones, so they charge them during the day. My dad can usually get away with it until he leaves his phone at work over the weekend again; but my mom can't because she then wonders the next morning why her phone is at 12%
I had another shift lined up at this venue on the 24th. Earlier this morning, they took me off of it with no explanation. I went to the app to see if there were any other shifts I could pick up because I kinda need the money, and guess what shift is open!
If I get a call to cover that shift on the 24, I'mma be pissed (and I'll tell them "no" because they shouldn't have taken me off if they wanted me there anyway)
I got yelled at for my uniform.
Manager L said it was fine for today because she asked me to come in so last minute, but said this is the last time I can wear it because it's not conforment with the uniform code.
Black pants, orange shirt tucked in, company or venue specific baseball hat, comfortable shoes.
My shoes are fine, but I can't wear my "sun hat" (it's my sister's cowboy hat) even though it's a solid colour; I can't tuck my shirt into my pants because it's a sensory issue for me, so I twist and tuck it under itself, but I have a black shirt under it so my stomach isn't showing; We're allowed to wear knee-length shorts, but I only have biker shorts, so I wear black leggings underneath so that I meet the uniform and keep cool with pockets.
Idk. I think it's fine, but that's because I've been getting away with it for 3 years, but they're apparently cracking down on everyone to follow the uniform to a T.
I think it's crap, but that's because everyone else is 15-20 years older than me (minus the students and like, 5 others who match my age)
