You had a history for getting involved with textbook douchebags. From Flash Thompson (a braindead, basketball loving, spoiled bully) to Harry Osborn (a rather good friend of yours who ought to remain just a friend in your opinion.) Flash was one of the worst people to be with. He has a humongous yet fragile ego. He made fun of your fellow classmates who were harmless, including Miles Morales. Miles was a transferee from Brooklyn Middle, which made him the perfect target for a bully like Flash.
âMaybe the broke should go back to where they came from, right?â Flashed yelled as he glanced over at you in hopes of getting your approval. You were all in a classroom, waiting for the next period as your previous class ended early due to the teacher having an emergency at home. You were usually seated next to Michelle, your best friend who unfortunately had to stay at home due to intense cramps. Seeing Michelleâs absence from her usual spot beside you, Flash made it his task to bombard you with mindless questions and insults of your peers. A few of your classmates glanced at your direction, waiting to see your reaction.
With an eyebrow raised you replied, âWhat are you talking about?â Flash smirked and pointed at Milesâ direction, who was sketching in his sketchbook while music blasted in his headphones. You rolled your eyes. âJust leave him alone.â Flash did not like your response, as he stood up and snatched Milesâ sketchbook. âHey!â Miles yelled as he made a move to grab his sketchbook to which Flash stretched out his arm to prevent Miles from grabbing it. Miles attempted to grab his sketchbook once more, only to be pushed down his desk. You had enough of Flash and his antics. Standing up swiftly, you walked over to the pair. Flash looked at you intently, waiting for your next move.
âStop being a dick and just give it back, Flash!â Your voice echoed against the walls of the silent room. You could feel your heart racing as Flash stepped towards you with a glare that could certainly instill fear in anyone. What happened next was a blur, as you were only standing in front of Flash, and the next, you were on the floor with a sharp pain in the back of your head. Your eyes clouded as muffled screams were the last thing you remember.
-
A bright light clouded your vision as you slowly opened your eyes. Sitting up, you winced as the back of your head was aching. âI think itâs best if you lay down.â A familiar voice told you. Looking around the room, everything clicks in your mind. You were in the nurseâs office, possibly due to whatever happened earlier. Miles was sitting on a chair beside you, reading a book with his bag on the floor beside him. âI think so too.â Groaning loudly, you gently laid down on the bed, turning to your side to face Miles.
âWhat happened?â Miles looked up at you. He couldnât help but stare at your face. You looked so pretty. With the way you looked at him softly, with the gentle voice you have, he was sure to melt in his chair. âFlash pushed you. I-uh,â He stammered out as he looked around the room. With an eyebrow raised, you asked again, âYou what?â
âPushed him against the whiteboard? And maybe broke that board?â With wide eyes, you sat up quickly as you tried to register it. As the back of your head pulsed with pain due to sitting up quickly, you were forced to lay down on the bed again.
âUhm. How did you do that?â You asked curiously as Miles felt himself heat up. âI mean, no offense, but Flash is double your size, Miles. How can you just push him?â He felt himself shrink under your curious gaze. âLook, that doesn't matter!â He laughed nervously as you raised another eyebrow at him. âFlash got expelled, and your parents and his parents are in the principalâs office,â Miles told you. Rolling onto your back and huffing out a sigh, you looked up at the ceiling. âI appreciate you standing up for me, Miles,â You softly spoke and paused to turn your head and look into his eyes. âI know heâs been causing you some trouble and I honestly shouldâve done better.â
He looked at the floor, unsure of what to say. If he was being honest, Flash did bother him. It bothered Miles that Flash was always beside you, trying to gain your attention, attempting to sit beside you during lunch and classes. It irked him so much that the pent up frustration (plus his spidey-powers) was what caused him to react harshly against Flash. Miles knew you deserve better than that attention-seeking douche. If you gave him a chance, you would probably be swept off your feet.
-
You and Miles never continued your conversation regarding what you couldâve done better. Your parents had barged into the room thanking Miles profusely before switching their attention to you. As a known neurosurgeon, your dad advised that you stayed home for a week at best to heal your head. It turns out that Miles did in fact break the board of the classroom by pushing Flash against it. According to some rumors, it even escalated, with Miles somehow landing multiple blows. You were pretty sure those were made up since you knew that Miles wasnât the type to act irrationally. Your classmates had all pitched in to send you a bouquet of lilies and a âget well soonâ card. Relatives had also sent their well wishes and close friends sent gifts. Michelle even went out of her way to personally give you her gift, a box of your favorite pizza, some ice cream, and a gossip session.
A particular gift stood out. A lone sunflower with an envelope. It was placed on your desk by your dad along with the other gifts and cards. ââGet well soon. With love, Miles.ââ You read the back of the envelope with a smile. Gently opening the small package, it contained a folded paper. You tugged the folded paper before opening it. With flushed cheeks, you stared at the paper. It was a beautiful drawing of you focused on the board. Your hair was a bit of a mess, with a few strands of hair sticking out. Eyes focused as you bit your lip. At the bottom of the paper, in messy handwriting, it says, âMy sunflower.'
-
You had returned to school after the recommended week was up. Assuring your father that you were feeling fine was difficult. He was worried that you might feel lightheaded or even faint. However, he felt assured remembering that Miles was there for you. Your dad even recommended you go out with Miles as he seemed like âa good kid with a good heart, plus he knows how to fight.â If you were being honest, Miles intrigued you. He was artistic and smart. He was polite and was family-oriented. Miles was a good friend and classmate. And you may or may not have had an eye on him for a while.
A few friends of yours greeted you as you entered the school. Questions of âhow are youâ and âhow have you beenâ were sent your way to which you replied that you were feeling fine, better even. Your eyes searched the hallway for Miles, hoping to talk to him. As soon as you saw his red bag and headphones, you rushed to his side. A tap on his shoulder was all it took for him to remove his headphones, wide eyed with a nervous smile. âHey! Y-Youâre back!â He stammered. You hummed and gave a small smile, looping an arm around his to pull him as the pair of you walked to your first class of the day.
âSo, I received your flower and gift. Thank you for that by the way,â You said and grinned at him as he could feel his cheeks heat up. âBut I was wonderingâŠâ You trailed off.
âYeah?â
âWanna go out for some ice cream after school?â Miles could feel his heart beat faster by the second as his forehead started to swear. You smirked at his nervous state.
âL-Like a date?â He asked to which you responded with a nod.
âOf course! I-I would love to!â
âGreat! Iâll go ahead and meet Michelle before I head to class. See you later, sunflower.â You winked before wandering off to meet Michelle at her locker. Miles stood still in the middle of the hallway as people gave him looks of concern. He was sure he was sweating profusely and his cheeks were flushed. âSunflower, huh?â Gankeâs teasing voice called out from behind him. He groaned in annoyance.
âShut up, Ganke.â
âOkay, sunflower.â

As a rule of thumb, don't reblog donation posts or people asking for donations unless they've been vetted and reblogged by Palestinian bloggers. We usually go to lengths to verify this shit because we know scammers have been faking to get people to send them money, using the urgency of our genocide as bait.
It's disgusting this is what we're dealing with, but people are losing money because of some truly evil people out there.
Accounts don't just randomly spring up on tumblr without gofundmes while asking for someone to help them create a campaign. Fuck out of here with that shit.

- i don't know anything but i know i miss you.
[warnings: a bit sad, a little angsty, just teenage love that i will never have, not proofread]
[a/n: i tried to do it in a sort of 2nd pov? i think it ended up pretty good? so... i might also try to write another miguel story? but i'm trying to figure out if it should be smut or angsty ]
All your life, you and Miles have been the best of friends. You were neighbors, classmates, play pals. You guys were never not together, whether it be skating or even going to his Uncle Aaronâs. When you got accepted into Visions Academy, Miles strived to get accepted just so the two of you can be together. His parents supported him in his decision thinking that it would be a great opportunity for him to learn more.
ââI love you, dad.ââ You mimicked Milesâ voice before laughing loudly. You guys were sitting in the cafeteria, surrounded by other students eating lunch. You could barely eat anything since youâve been laughing at Miles the whole time.
âYeah, yeah. Tease me all you want.â He groaned and slammed his head on the table. A few looks of concern came your way at the commotion. You stifle a laugh and rub Milesâ back.
âDonât be so hard on yourself, Morales. Itâs the first day of classes! Everythingâs hectic, everythingâs hard!â You told him with a smile. Miles groaned at the statement and propped his arm up and resting his head on it. He attempted to grab a fry from your plate before you smacked his hand. âHey, I bought you your lunch. Donât waste it.â You were quick to scold him and gave his tray a light shove. You took a sip of your Diet Coke Zero before continuing to eat your fries and bacon cheeseburger. âBut your fries look way tastier!â He protested and made another move for your tray.
âMiles, I bought the exact same thing for you.â
âWell, stolen food is still better.â
You rolled your eyes. âHowâs your first day? Hopefully not as eventful as mine.â Miles asked before popping more fries in his mouth.
âWell, I was late for the first class, then I went to grab some stuff from my locker but clearly underestimated how much time I need to go to the Physics Classroom which was on the other side of the building,â You sighed and grabbed fries from his tray and munched on them.
âThen I tripped going up the stairs, but some guy named Harry helped me up.â You finished and drank from your cup. Miles laughed at your story and his eyes lit up.
âOh yeah, Uncle Aaronâs been asking about you! He told us to drop by sometime.â
You let out a laugh and shook your head. âI canât make time this week, Miles. Itâs only the first day and I have a lot of things to finish.â
He groaned and realized he had to finish things as well, especially the essay assigned by their physics teacher.
-
âHey, Miles. Did you meet your Uncle Aaron last night? You didnât text after you said you left your dorm.â You were quick to approach him in the hallway. âWait, did you just grow a couple of inches? We were at about the same height yesterday? Or am I hallucinating?â You fired question after question and you failed to notice how each question agitated Miles.
âLook, I-I donât know either, okay? Stop asking so many questions!â He stopped and yelled. The whole hallway became quiet as they gawked at the pair of you. You were stunned and hurt. âI-I was just worried, Miles. I didnât mean to-â Before you could even finish your sentence, he bolted out the hallway and left you there. Other students stared at you before resuming whatever they were doing. You sighed and went back to class before you could overthink what was happening.

In the past days, it was revealed that Peter Parker was the man behind the mask of Spider-Man. Unfortunately, he passed due to the earthquake that day Miles stopped talking to you. For the past few days, you havenât heard much from him, only knowing that he hung around a blond girl named, âGwanda.â His parents reached out to you hoping you knew what was going on with Miles since he hasnât been talking to them either. They told you that his Uncle Aaron passed and the new Spider-Man was probably the one that killed him.
You figured youâd reach out to him by going to his dorm. You knew his roommate, Ganke, from your chemistry class and asked him where their dorm was. Later on that day, you knocked on the door, seeing a shadow moving around the room. You knocked gently and called out. With no response, you just talked. âHey, Miles. Itâs me. I-I know youâre probably busy there but I hope you can hear me. Something-Something happened to your Uncle Aaron,â You choked back a sob as tears began to form in your eyes. âI think itâd be best if your family told you about that.â You took a shaky breath.
âMiles, I donât know anything but I know I miss you. I miss how we hang out and laugh at each otherâs jokes. How we listen to each otherâs music,â You heard a faint shuffle before you continued, âand how you make me the happiest person when weâre together. This is probably going to be the shittiest way I confess but I like you, Miles. I always have. Youâre my best friend and I was always afraid Iâd lose you if I said anything.â You leaned your head against the door.
âI know you feel pressured from your family and maybe even from me. But your family and I push you to do your best because we know you can do it. You are special, Miles. You have this spark inside of you and it is amazing. Just keep doing you and weâll support you. Weâre here for you, Miles.â A tear ran down your face and you were quick to wipe it away. You sniffed as you tried to hold back your tears. âWe donât have to talk soon. Take your time, okay? Iâll wait for you.â
-
Later on, you found yourself walking around Brooklyn to clear your head. The earthquake caused by the Fisk Tower got you shaken and felt the need to take a breather. You still havenât heard from Miles. You looked at your phone for any new notifications and the picture of you and Miles on your middle school graduation looked back at you.
âIt isnât safe for young people to be out at night.â A voice pretending to be gruff and deep informing you. You looked up with a gasp. âY-Youâre that new Spider-Man! The one that just took down Fisk right?â
He let out a nervous laugh before continuing his deep voice. âT-Thatâs me!â You raised an eyebrow and observed his figure. You circled around him as he stood still. âLook, you have to get home before you-â
âMiles?â The lens of his mask grew wide.
âW-What?â
âYou remind me of my friend, Miles. He does this stupid deep voice thing when he makes fun of some older guys that annoy us.â
âO-OhâŠâ
âUnlessâŠâ You put a hand on your chin as you began to think.
âHow about I just get you home before something bad happens to you?â
-
The new Spider-Man swung you back at the Visions Academy. To say the experience was terrifying was an understatement. You were clinging to him like a baby koala. He made sure to gently land on the rooftop of the building and set you down just as gentle. He stood on the ledge, ready to leave and bid you a farewell, you cut him off.
âI know itâs you, Miles. I can smell your âuniqueâ cologne that I gifted you last Christmas.â You told him. You slowly approached him until you were on the ledge. You leaned against it as he sat down.
âIs that why you were avoiding us?â You asked him softly and looked at him. He took his mask off and looked down at the busy street below.
âYeah. I wasâŠtrying to figure things out. I didnât know who to talk toâŠâ You let out a sigh and looked out at the city. The bright lights lit the city up like stars in the night sky. The wind was cold and you shivered through your thin sweater.
âI-I heard everything from earlierâŠabout how you miss me and that youâll support me and all of that..â You were thankful that it was dark as your face heated up. âAnd how you like me.â Miles finished and looked at you. âI-I meant what I said, Miles. Itâs up to you but I understand if you donât want to talk or be friends anymore after that-â You rambled nervously. Miles chuckled and wrapped an arm around your shoulder. âDonât worry. I like you too.â Your face flushed red again as you hid your face in your hands. Miles laughed and gently tugged your hands out of your face. He got down the ledge and stood beside you, leaning against the ledge.
âHow about a movie date at my place?â He suggested.
âHow about we go to the Arts Museum then we watch a movie? Like Back to the Future?â
âOnly if you buy pizza.â
âAs long as you buy some ice cream.â
âDeal.â

| You're losing me.
- stop. you're losing me.
[warnings: spoilers! not proofread, brief mention of dying, angst with no happy endings, symbolic breakup]
[a/n: this was just a quick write because i saw an edit of Gwen and Miles with the song you're losing me by taylor swift and it gave me an idea!! i hope y'all enjoy this tho đ„č]
As a member of the Spider-Society, you knew you had a part in protecting the multiverse. You had to ensure its safety because you live in it. You love the friends that you made from other dimensions, other Spider-folks. And you love him. Miguel OâHara. He told you that it was his responsibility to protect the multiverse, that he lost too much to give up. You somehow convinced him that he can share that responsibility with the rest of the Spider-Society. With you. But with the recent events with Miles, you werenât sure if you could do it anymore.
-
âIs that why youâre here? To let me down easy?â Miles looked over at Peter. You could tell Peter felt uneasy and guilty as he looked away. You looked around the room, a handful of Spider-Men were gathered. Mayday looked scared in her little carrier, watching Miles intently.
âFor the last time, why not run it back, huh?â
âHey, hold on, hold on-â Peter was quick to cut him off. You could understand both sides of the story. Miles just wanted to keep his dad alive, but to everyoneâs eyes, it would jeopardize the multiverse. You knew there had to be some way to save his father and the multiverse. Deep down, you doubted Miguel's ideas were true, that there is a way for to disrupt canon events without risking that universe.
âYou were right, Gwen. You should have never come to see me.â Your eyes widened and your heart ached for Gwen. You knew that she was doing what she thought was right. Itâs hard to make decisions when youâre lost. Gwen was teary-eyed as she watched Miles. You looked up at Miguel beside you and he looked tired of the situation.
The situation was escalating quickly and you were sure Hobie was amused at the scene unfolding in front of all of you. Peter tried to reason with Miles again, attempting to convince him that the death of his father had to happen. That loss is normal, that it makes you all who you are. That we lose people but good things come too.
âYou canât ask me not to save my father,â Milesâ attention shifted from Peter to Miguel, who was beside you. Miles would not back down and Miguel would not try to understand Miles' reasons. He was stubborn and would only want it to go his way.
âIâm not asking you.â
A force field encapsulated Miles and you were quick to face Miguel.
âMiguel!â You exclaimed in disbelief as Peter and Gwen protested as well.
Miguel turned to face you. âYou let him leave, and heâll only cause more damage.â
âYou donât know that! We can figure something out! Donât do this, Miguel.â You pleaded with him to the best of your abilities.
âIâm sorry, mi vida. You know I canât let him do that.â He replied with a sigh. Miguel turned towards Peter and Gwen who tried their best to reason with them as well. He turned his back on them.
âSorry it had to end like this, kid.â Miguel gravely said. âI-It canât end like this, Miguel! We can figure something out, okay? Please can we just discuss this further!?â You exclaimed as you ran in front of him. He let out a sigh and held the bridge of his nose as he stopped in front of you.
âAnd risk the whole multiverse? To risk you?â Miguel snapped back at you harshly. You were taken back by his sudden change in attitude.
âI said not to call me that!â
When Miles blew up the force field that imprisoned him, Miguel was quick to shield you from the blast, holding you tightly against his chest. Miguel looked back at Miles who ran out the room in hopes of escape.
âMiles!â Miguel exclaimed, ready to bolt after him. You pulled on his wrist to stop him from chasing after the poor kid. âDonât do this, Miguel.â You warned him as the other Spider-Men began to chase Miles. âI canât risk losing you.â
-
After a long chase, Miles lead the whole Spider Society on a train going up the atmosphere. You were quick to follow the crowd earlier with the sole purpose of stopping Miguel. However, Miles managed to escape Miguel by using the âGo Home Machineâ. Miguel clawed at the force field surrounding Miles as the rest of you stood there in silence. You didnât even know what you could do to stop Miguel anymore. He was pissed to say the least and when Gwen retaliated, he sent her back home too. You were horrified as Gwen was fighting against the machine, hoping to escape its grasp.
Miguel quickly formed a team of you, Jess, and Ben in an attempt to bring Miles in, to stop him from disrupting the canon event. He waited for you to enter the portal first but you didn't. Instead you pulled Miguelâs hand and opened it up, placing the promise ring he gave you a year ago on your anniversary.
âYouâre losing me.â
-
That was the last thing you told him before going back to your dimension. You knew that Miguel knew you were going to attempt to help Gwen or Miles, so you knew that he would most likely block out access to creating portals through your watch. Luckily, Miguel had shown you how he and Lyla formed that watch. With a little patience and hardwork, you managed to create your own. And a couple more. You stashed them in a bag and slung it over your body. A picture of Miguel and you in a beach was perfectly framed on top of the table in the hallway. You grabbed it and with a heavy heart, you put the picture frame face down to hide the memory.
I canât find a pulse, my heart wonât start anymore.
