ive suddenly become quite popular with the ghostflower shippers, so heres my stupid little character of mine that i ship with Miles for funsies :))

Riley Taylor Devi is the adopted grandchild of the character from my previous OC post/my main character, Sarala Devi. They are also the character I ship with Miles Morales.

Riley is 16 years old, uses he/she/they pronouns, and is gender fluid + intersex.

They’re obsessed with the color pink, quite obviously, and some of their special interests include theatre, movies, Marilyn Monroe, dolls, and doll-making. They’re super crafty in general and like making custom dolls and on occasion, earrings.

They’re autistic and really struggle with conveying emotions both with their face and their voice, making them very monotonous and expressionless majority of the time. This combined with their lack of tact leads to them unintentionally coming across as rude at times.

Queer as in an "identity is fluid and descriptors can be imprecise so I prefer a more general term" sort of way but also queer in a "What are you, a cop?" sort of way.

favorite stan twins characterization is that they're both equally insane. stanley just gets more air time to show it off. loosely inspired by a post i read earlier but here's some absolutely insane things both of them have done

stanley:

drugged a person and turned them into an exhibit in the mystery shack

had a vegas wedding to a prospector-themed novelty dispenser

gave mabel a grappling hook

failed to steal an animatronic badger

chewed his way out of the trunk of a car

punched at least three bald eagles

is multiply divorced, possibly even with the novelty dispenser

committed premeditated murder on a llama

faked a heart attack to get on Wheel of Fortune

took his clothes off in front of a live studio audience on Wheel of Fortune

has a rivalry with a fifth grader, a grandmother, and a man who exclusively dresses like a corn cob

stanford:

pulled a gun on a bus driver when he wouldn't let a pig on board

directly assisted in mind-controlling ronald reagan during his election in 1980

gave mabel a crossbow

got bitten by a vampire bat and subsequently began sampling human blood

owns contraband outlawed in 9000 dimensions; keeps it in an extremely flimsy plastic case

"accidentally" set a hawk on fire

has exes ranging from as normal as his old college buddy to as weird as a triangle and an alien with 7 eyes who put a metal plate in his head

wears turtlenecks because he's hiding multiple tattoos he regrets, including one themed around "all star" by smash mouth

is an Extremely wanted criminal across hundreds of dimensions; was completely kicked out of one for card counting

is, bizarrely, super into the band Eurythmics

can see shrimp colors

I will never stop thinking about how ITSV could have very well been at least one childs introduction to nazis

Oh my goodness yes! Thank you for asking so nicely, you’re the first person to be kind about this, though I do understand how I ruffled some feathers; Basically when rewatching both films back to back recently, I felt strongly that the first film their relationship was very platonic, and then in the second film the romance came out of nowhere and felt forced. And then on top of that, I think Gwen treated Miles too poorly in ATSV for there to be any romance between them

im sad and angry now so im just gonna pull out the big guns; if you genuinely ship miles and gwen, you have bad taste in ships and you’re just easily persuaded by music and heteronormativity 😐😐
