You and Ao’nung were love birds. You got him love stuck, he got you love stuck.

The term so called in modern day.

Your clans came together for a reunion. Ta’unui and Metkayina are like neighbors, the villagers from each call each other brothers and sisters.

And so for the continuation of peace and happiness between the 2 clans. You, the daughter of village’s Olo’eyktan and Tsahik and Ao’nung, the son of Tonowari and Ronal, was arranged a marriage since young.

Pleasing that you two go along quite well with each other, even having crushes on each other was a grand news for the 2 village.

Now he’s busy with training the Sullies and you’re busy training to become Tsahik. You had to find away to meet each other once a while.

So from then on, you sneak out of your marui and he sneaks away from the training just to spend time with each other.

Sometimes when eclipse fall, he’d wait for you at the spot you always meet up.

Cuddling up with each other, hugging, little pecks on each other’s cheeks, teasing, flirting. All that cheesy romantic stuff, you name it.

There was no word nor any term or phrase can describe the love you 2 hold for each other. And there is nothing that can interfere your love.

But these days got Ao’nung stressed out

The horn blew

This means emergency.

Ao’nung hasn’t heard from your clan a while. His nerve was wrecking him. Stressed out now that he knows there has been reports from other clan about sky people attacks, burning down their homes, stealing and attempts to murder

He was with the sullies when the horn blew.

Turning around seeing multiple Ta’unui warriors coming to shore. They all came, walking to the scene.

His heart was beating fast. Those attacks were true. You were hurt? Who did it? How did this happen so quick? Why didn’t he act.

“Ao’nung!” Tsireya called loudly for him

“It’s the Ta’unui!” She said as he finally reached the scene

The sullies stood behind, trying to understand the ruckus

“Where’s y/n?” He asks his breath panting

“Who’s y/n?” Lo’ak asks

“Ao’nung’s mate” Roxto explained

“He has a mate already?!”

“Damn! Didn’t know fish lips could pull anyone” Lo’ak joked

Finally your figure came in his view. Dropping your spear running to him.

“Love!” You called out, voice full of worries

“Yawne ..” he pulled you into his tight embrace. Breathing in your scent. His hands wrapped tightly on your body

“Oh my sweet boy Ao’nung” you look up at his face, wet with water and tears.

“I didn’t receive any letter from you! We didn’t meet up as usual! What’s wrong?” He asks hurriedly, checking you for any wounds. A few scratches and small cuts, bruises and scrapes lathered all over your body cause of the incident

Each scratch, he frowns even harder

“Ao’nung!” you hold his face in place

“They burnt down the maruis, they threatened to kill our Tsahik! They killed an ilu! They threatened to kill everyone!” You said, panicking, fresh hot tears building up in your eyelids, some streaming down your face

Ao’nung gently wipe away your tears, gently stroking your hair

“Damn, not only he pulled a girl, he pullled a pretty ass one” Lo’ak claimed

Then smacked by Lo’ak “Lo’ak this is serious!” She said worried

“Why are they attacking? She asks, coming towards you

“I don’t know! We tried to explain! They won’t listen! They had a human boy! They’re trying to find a man name Jakesully!” You finally broke, crying into your lover’s chest and he pulls you in for another right embrace

“They won’t stop! They said to find him! Who knows how many villages they have burnt down”

Ao’nung looked back at the sullies, a conflicted face was shown

Your father finally spoke, bringing attention from all “we came to seek help, many of our people are hurt, as my daughter say they burnt down our home, so we are short on stocks”

“We will leave if you need not our presence here, we understand” your mother spoke

“Nonsense, we are brothers and sisters, we fight together” Tonowari walked up, holding your father’s shoulder, a firm squeeze

“The Ta’unui have came seeking for help, our brothers and sisters are in need of help after an attack from the sky demon!” Tonowari slam his spear to the ground.

The crowd goes wild. Yelling, war screams, some bang their hands together to make a large drum sounds, many men does the pukana, others cling their spears, slamming it down to the hard sand.

“We shall help our brothers and sisters!” Tonowari announced

“Eywa bless you, Tonowari, Ronal” your parents says as they gesture to them

“Wipe away your tears sweet one, come, let’s get those nasty cuts away” Ronal gently says as she pulls you away from Ao’nung

Ao’nung came deaf, he didn’t listen to his sister calling, his friends yelling his name. He focus on you

Following his mother, he’s like a lost puppy. Eyes bore worries

Those imbeciles, disgrace dared to hurt his mate and her village.

This he will never forgive.

This could be a weird scene for the Sullies

The bully, the boy who couldn’t accept the half demon blood family, is now not only helping his mom with medicine and healing pastes, but is doing is quick and efficiently. Following every order he was given by the Tsahik

Stops once and while to kneel infront of his mate, who head already past out of exhaustion. Placing his forehead near hers, a quick peek on her cheek before he comes back to grinding pastes

“Love?” He said, rubbing his thumb around your knuckles. Holding your hands into his.

“Yes? Ma Ao’nung?”

“Are you feeling better? Wanna go to our spot again today?” He asks

“Oh yes but your training-“

“I have a day off today” he cut off

“Come on” he says excitedly as he pulls you up to your feet

This really doesn’t seem like a day off. If it was, you two would be giggling and chuckling every times. If it was a day off, he wouldn’t be sneaking, hiding from his parents eyes.

Pulling you close, hiding you behind his back, then gently tugging your hands to come with him

He didn’t really succeed but he did got out without knowing he failed. Both your parents stood from afar seeing the two sneaking out, looking around to see if they’re anywhere near.

“Speed run through the sand and we will blend in, no one’s gonna notice” he said, hand still holding yours

“Count down Kay?” He chuckles looking back at you. A gentle nod

“1..”

“2.”

“3!-“

He pulls you quick, which you thought was light speed. Quickly running towards the water as he call for an ilu.

Making the bond fast the diving away.

Your arms around his waist while him, one hand on the ilu and the other around your thigh

You didn’t notice the sullies training are right next to where you made your escape

Roxto groaned “Oh come on! He said he was busy helping him mom!” He turned to Tsireya with a grumpy frown

“Please tell your brother to speak the truth” Which Tsireya could only giggle.

“Love?” Ao’nung says

“Yes? Ma Ao’nung?”

You laid in his arms while he hug you into his chest. Your face resting on his shoulder, while his head rest on yours.

“Y/n ma yawne, I love you more than life itself”

“Oh ma Ao’nung” you sighed hugging him

“You always know a way to make me flustered” burying your head into the crook of his neck, hiding your blue hued face.

“I love you too..”

I was gonna post this yesterday but I lost track of time and fell asleep and woke up this afternoon to finish this.

Once upon a dream

Summary: you were unlike any of your clan. Filled with fierce warriors, hunters. Daughter of the Olo’eyktan was expected to be as fierce as her father, but turns out, you’re as soft and delicate as your mother

“Come home soon mkay honey?” Your mother called out from your home

“Yes mother!” As you ran away answered back

Today was your birthday, getting shoo away by your mother and aunts while they giggle at home was gives you an exciting feeling

As you walk deep into the forest, playing with plants and moonwraiths, making flower bouquets and flowers crowns

Baby Yeriks, moonwraiths and wood spirits surrounds you as you have fun

Finally sitting down

A bunch of wood spirits float around you as you giggle at some that landed on your shoulders

“You know, mother and aunts always tell me to never talk to strangers” you said as one of the spirits landed on your hand

“But I tricked them!”

“I have been meeting some one very special”

You said giggling

“Oh he swept me off my feet, hugs me in his arms!” You stood up, swirling around hugging yourself with a cloth your mother gives when you get cold

“He turned to to me” you said looking at the spirits, a soft smile still stuck on your face

“Then..” you continued, you can feel the yerik and moon wraiths waiting for you to continue

“I woke up” you sink down, resting your back against a tree

Sighing as you look up to the wood spirits still floating around you

Neteyam was riding his pali through the woods as he suddenly hear your singing

“You hear that? Ïn’tei?” He says to his horse

“Such beautiful voice, follow it Ïn’tei” he said as the horse listened

Going abit too fast, it trips over a tree root making neteyam fall into a river

“Come on Ïn’tei” he said defeated by the horse

Getting up, he hangs his hood and cloth on the tree to dry

Sits down then start twisting his loincloth out of water

“You know Ïn’tei?”

“There was something strange about that voice, too beautiful to be real” he mumble

His pali nodded in replay

“You know maybe it could be some kind of spirit in the forest or-“ cut off by his pali’s strange alarm

Looking back to see a baby yerik and moon wraith bugs to have stolen his cloth and hood

“Hey!” He calls out desperate running to them turning this into a chase

“Come back here!”

They out run him

Quickly going into putting his hoods and cloths on to make the yerik prince like

The moon wraiths holds the cloths arms as the yerik elegantly walk down toward you. Letting out a call to catch your attention

“Why! It’s my dream prince!” You giggle at the animal, bowing to it

“Your highness” you giggle again walking closer to the animal, wrapping the cloths arms around you as your back was rubbed against it’s chest, your head near its neck

“You know, I’m really not supposed to talk to strangers, but I’ve meet you before” blinking at the yerik

“I know you, I’ve walked with you once upon a dream” you said twirling out of the cloths arms

Holding the cloths hands, slowly dancing with the baby yerik

“I know you, the gleam in your eyes is so familiar a gleam” letting go as you swirl with the wood spirits

“Yet I know it’s true, that vision are seldom all they seem”

The yerik quickly walk to you, offering its clothes arms for you to hold on

Near, Neteyam peaked his head out of the bush. Seeing you dance and sing with a yerik was a grand site. A beautiful unknown girl already stirred up in stomach with butterflies

“But if I know you, I know what you’ll do”

You took it’s arms in, hugging yourself with it

“You’ll love me at once, the way you did once upon a dream” you says holding on to its arms, dancing around with the yerik as moonwraiths and wood spirits sway around

You hum the melody as you dance around

“But if I know you, I know what you’ll do”

Not realizing the yerik had been pulled away, replaced by neteyam

“You’ll love me at once” swirling with your back against him as his hands caress yours

“The-“

“The way you did once upon a dream”

You look back to see the baby yerik was standing away from you. Clearly not the boyish voice coming from behind

Stepping away as you turn your face against him

“Oh. Oh!” You said

“I’m awfully sorry!” His hands still caress yours

“I didn’t mean to frighten you!” He says as you gently push his hands away

“Wait-uh um, it wasn’t that.. um” you stutter looking at him

“It’s just that you’re a ..a-um”

“A stranger?” He asks curiously

“Um-hum” you humed to him. You have never seen him in your clan before. Most of the men or boys in your clan can have at least a few scars and always painted with reddish color

“But don’t you remember? We’ve meet before!” He claimed

“We-we have?” You asked confused

“Yes, you said so yourself, once upon a dream”

You turn your head away walking the opposite direction

“I know you, I walked with you once upon a dream” now he’s the one with the song

You walk to a tree looking the other way to see if he was gone, only to be held by the hands with him again

“I know you, the gleam in your eyes is so familiar a gleam” as he reached his hands out, tugging your hair strand off your face

Pulling you with him into a slow dance

It’s like the forest sang for the two of you as you dance with each other, eyes never leaving the other’s company

And I know it’s true that visions are seldom what they seem

But if I know you I’ll know what you do

You’ll love me at once

You both hear as you dance together

A silence filled the air as you look into each other’s eyes. Maybe this was what his father felt for his mother when they first love. Maybe this was the feeling his father harbored for his mother, but for him it happens so quickly.

You were too. Quickly snapping out of it, your eyes narrow at him. Before letting his hands go and a small gasps left your mouth. Pulling away from him

“Oh I’m sorry I have to go” you said hurriedly as it was near eclipse

“But when will I ever see you again?” He asks longing your hand in his again

“Oh never! Never!” You said while quickly running away

“Never?” Neteyam’s voice filled with sadness

“Oh well um” you stopped on your track looking back at him with a nervous look

“Maybe someday!”

“Like when? Tomorrow?” He said, hoping again

“Maybe!” You said running again as your figure disappeared from his sight

Left neteyam standing alone, hoping to see you once more

VALENTINE WITH ATWOW BOYS:

There will be Ao’nung, Lo’ak, Neteyam, Roxto here. I don’t do Jake, Tonowari and Quaritch cause I haven’t got my head fully wrapped around what they would do.

Ao’nung:

Never really thought of it, didn’t even know valentines existed until he hang out with the Sullies and they start talking about valentines.

Got interested and listened to watch valentine is.

Dislike the idea at first but then somehow magically he be collecting seashells, sweets, etc for the present

Probably got teased by his friends while doing it

Gets very flustered when he zone out thinking deep into what you think

Begged Tsireya or his mom to teach him how to make necklaces, armbands or whatever kind of pieces he wants to give you

End up hunting getting a big ass fish (thought it was a good idea at first but shut down by tsireya)

Probably got clumsy while making your necklaces and got bruises on his fingers (you asked by got ignored cause he can’t just say “oh I stayed up all night making a necklaces for you cause the heard the sullies talk about some sky people occasions for lovers”)

He be collecting sweets he thinks you like (asked Tsireya to help too)

Instead of a teddy bear he made a spear

Probably dropped the bag of gifts next to you or shoved it in your hands while mumbling “happy Valentine’s Day” then ran away embarrassed

Left you dumbfounded by loved ✋

Lo’ak:

Heard it from his dad and seen him giving gifts to his mom many times

He can’t craft shit even how hard the whole family helped him

Tried to make a wood craved figure of you but end up hundreds of failed figures

Actually made one that looked best than other failed ones but broke it’s neck while he was being too excited that he actually made a decent one

Asked his mom to help collect sweets that you might like

Asked his mom how to craft a necklace

Literally stayed up all night remaking the figure

Collected flowers but didn’t know he was somehow allergic to one of them

End up sneezing with a swollen face will giving it to you

You had to catch him before he fall to the ground not realizing he was so allergic

Had to treat this dude

He woke up and apologized then spent a whole day sneaking out with you for pay for getting you worried earlier

Neteyam:

Sweetest one fr

Listened to his dad talk about the occasion

Prepare a month before valentines

Made you a stuffie that looks like your favorite animal

Probably had to run around asking all the girls in the village for help picking the best sweets

Maybe even writing down a bunch of pick up lines and cheesy comments

Marked down a bunch of place where he thinks will be best to bring you to

Collected flowers( he just somehow knows your favorite)

Made jewelry for you (surprisingly good at that)

Brought you on dates, etc

Amazing day for you and he was extremely pleased

Secretly pat himself on the back

Got home and screeched like a girl with a crush

Told neytiri, kiri and tuk everything I mean everything ( he didn’t leave a single detail out)

Literally girl out with his mom and sisters

Laying on their stomachs, him talking about you, them listening, redoing each other’s braids, herb skincare and shit

Late night sneak out

Have a date night with you where fly on your ikrans while your families were asleep

Neytiri proud mom, Jake fangirling dad

Roxto:

Sweet shy boyfriend

He so cute like literally

He heard it from the Sullies

Somehow took it so serious everyone thought he was going to war with someone

The way his brows furrowed when he concentrate on his sewing to make a stuffed animal which was supposed to look like your spirit sister/brother

He was desperate to make this “valentine” the happiest day of your life

Probably wrote a song for you but scraped the idea cause he thought he would look cringy doing it

Made his parents worried cause he stays up late and is tired in the morning

Felt guilty when you were concerned for him

Made sweets himself (still trying, have ao’nung and tsireya as his taste testers)

Spent a whole day writing down all the places, activities and lovey dovey stuffs he wanted to do with you on valentines

Ran all over the village asking for advice from elder men to court their mate

Sometimes too focus on thinking for a good present, he would accidentally slip into the water without noticing the hole on the bouncy way

Would ask you indirect questions leaving you confused

Collected beads and seashells for you

Spent the whole day with you, even asking a day off from training with the sullies to be with you

“I have other plans, next time Ao’nung” when ao’nung tries to take him out making fun of others

Took you so many places that day, enjoying every moment

Extremely affectionate, hugging, kissing, flirting(not that much cause he shy) praising all that cheesy stuff

Got home happier than ever
