It was gorgeous once before, it’ll be gorgeous again. I just can feel it. Charlie Barber me thinks, was more talented than his father, which is saying a lot really. His father basically invented mail order houses snd could design a new one in a day. Hell, I remember the hand painted fresco on the groin vaults. Now why on earth would anyone paint over a fresco? That’s about as wasteful as painting over mahogany. Restore that fresco then put an elegant white cloth restaurant underneath it.
