My country truly grateful for Palestine, because Palestine was one of the country who recognize Indonesia's de facto independence a year before we proclaimed it. It was not only that, Palestine also invite Middle Eastern sovereign countries that are members of the Arab League to support Indonesia's independence. And finally Indonesia proclaimed the nation's independece on 17 August 1945.

And in 1962, Indonesia first President, Soekarno made a statement "As long as Palestine’s freedom is yet to be delivered to Palestinians, Indonesia will stand against Israel’s oppression.” Indonesia refuse to recognize the state of Israel and we also don't have diplomatic relationship, that why we don't have Israel Embassy, we have Palestine Embassy.

Indonesia will always stand with Palestine.

From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.
