The Problem with Enid’s design

I can kind of get why some of the fandom doesn’t like Enid's design that much, her shorts are a bit too short. Actually I think that is the only problem I have with her design maybe if Enid’s shorts were longer her design would be perfect

I mean they both have the same chin/jaw line, freckles and voice actor and Professor Venomous somehow knows KO, so it could be a possibility that they are the same person.(Click the photos for captions).
