Also Laserblast has the same chin/jaw line, freckles and voice actor as Shadowy Figure and Professor Venomous. And Carol had a crush on him does that mean Laserblast(who might also be Shadowy Figure/Professor Venomous) is KO’s Dad?
I mean they both have the same chin/jaw line, freckles and voice actor and Professor Venomous somehow knows KO, so it could be a possibility that they are the same person.(Click the photos for captions).

Where is that promo that has turbo Fink in it I Mean I have seen the Image.
But I haven't seen the Promo, can someone give me the link to the promo please.
That is a good theory however professor Venomous’s pow card was shown prior to the Episode TKO which means It could of updated before the TKO ep and yes I have seen the entire episode KO’s Video Channel but the top 10 pow cards video was near the end of the playlist which was shown before his first ever video which means the playlist starts with the newest and ends with the oldest videos.
So it is still not confirmed or debunked and the show has not shown Prof Venomous’s Pow Card again... yet and Lazerblast’s Power level could of gone down to -7 and it is possible to get more than pow card because Darrel was shown to have two pow cards Normal Darrell and Cowboy Darrell, Cowboy Darrell’s Pow Card was shown briefly in the episode KO’s Video Channel on the Top 10 Pow Cards video
and we did not see KO’s Pow Card when he was TKO and apparently there was a promo where Fink looks kind of like TKO

Theory about Professor Venomous, Shadowy Figure, and Laserblast
Okay, so there’s been some theories that Shadowy figure is either another identity of Venomous, or secretly Laserblast turned villain, as all three have the same voice actor, and also look similar.
However, someone online very accurately pointed out that Venomous can’t be him, becuase they have different power levels and it being very unlikely Fink would leave his side. And more importantly, both he and Laserblast already have cards, and the POW cards seem to change themselves when the person depicted levels up or changes their name, so that means Laserblast wouldn’t have a Hero card anymore.
SO! Here’s my theory.
They’re related. They’re family. Maybe cousins, maybe brothers. The reason they look similar and sound similar is all down to genetics. This means that both Professor Venomous and Shadowy Figure are potentially related to K.O., if Laserblast is his dad.
Part of my theory comes from the fact that Venomous seems to recognize K.O. somehow, despite never having met him before. If K.O. possibly resembles Laserblast without his helmet, he would probably see a resemblance to his late relative. This might also explain why Shadowy Figure only now turns up in K.O.’s life, if he was unaware that K.O. existed until Venomous possibly just happened to mention it.
Shadowy Figure’s interest in K.O. might even make more sense, since he’s aware of just how much potential the kid has with two heroic parents.
I like to think of all of them, Laserblast was of course the nicest, but Venomous was the next nicest after him, if only because he seems to have more class and manners than Shadowy Figure, and possibly has some ability to care about others, since he does seem to have a bond of sorts with Fink. Shadowy Figure, however, is just the kind of guy who just randomly makes you part of his evil plans, and once your part is done he just decides to mess with your head for who knows what reason. Probably just randomly drops in unannounced on Venomous.
