OMGGGGG this reminded me that recently i had this one fic saved that was well written and was in a very small fandom (like 7 fics max or smth) but hadn’t updated in over a yr (not very long compared to some but still) and i kinda accepted that it was gonna be a WIP forever BUT THEN i was going through my “marked for later” and i saw “10/18” an i was like, “a tenth chapter? ain’t no way” BUT THEY UPDATED and when i tell u i’ve never been happier

basically i think it started off w/ rooster crashing and everyone thinking he’s dead. hangman’s distraught and everything yk. meanwhile, roosters been taken in by this guy after his crash, but he like doesn’t remember anything. he learns spanish and helps the guy fish(?) or smth, but then he gets his memories back and comes back an eventually hangman confesses to rooster (i think, might be the other way around idk 😭)
