Okay Okay I Just Find This So Funny That Erik Lehnsherr, The Maniac, The Villain, The Man Who Killed
Okay okay I just find this so funny that erik lehnsherr, the maniac, the villain, the man who killed a lot of people is actually the one who knows how to do domestic actions like cooking in fics AND he's good at it AND it's canon in the movies that he can be a good father (I mean nina, not peter)[actually I'm thinking deeper and he may not be a good father because in the end she died anyway, but i guess he tried to be a better person? Idk.]
Think about this in a fun concept like imagine that you're watching TV and then it appears that your father is committing genocide and then he calls you to wish you a happy birthday and then continue committing genocide.
Okay now I have to apologise for my rant.
I should post this before thinking too long about it.

erik just keeps going i'm so horrible and there's no good in me charles. you should leave me. and charles keeps letting him walk away because he wants erik to stay of his own volition instead of forcing him to be by his side. charles waits again and again and again for erik to decide to stay. to pick him over revenge.
and charles is never afforded that privilege until he's the one leaving. only, erik immediately follows—mostly because he's never been one to wait for things to happen: he just does as he demands. and revenge can take a backseat for a game of chess in paris with the only person in the world who's seen him wholly for what he is and loves him anyway.
("what do you know about me?" "everything.")

Brainrot is fucking real.
hank mccoy is a saint because if my mentor/ big brother figure was constantly pining like juliet for his year (? idk how long the first class era is) long situationship, who almost KILLED me, and took away my crush, who also happens to be my mentor's sister, I would set the damn mansion on fire.
Logan on the other hand is having an incredible time, he has a long and illustrious history of watching gay drama unfold (or so I assume, it just feels right)
ship so powerful that a movie without either of the characters in it sent the internet into a frenzy. cherik the icon that you are
btw if you ever find yourself wondering how the hell in mota bucky is just one character and yet is packed full with so many ridiculously larger-than-life characteristics…he’s tall and broad and handsome AND loud AND big-hearted AND moody AND sweet and yearning and and and….
don’t forget that the world of masters of the air is largely based on memoirs and interviews of older veterans. the bucky egan we get in the show is going to be largely based on, well, gale cleven’s recounting of his friend. of course bucky is so broad and handsome and funny. because that’s how gale saw him.
