you would not believe what just arrived in the mail
Human weapon whumpee who has been abused and conditioned for years finally snaps and turns on the whumper who thought they'd always be able to control them. Now the roles are reversed, and whumper never taught them the meaning of the word mercy.
33 for ur Berry HCs :0?
How does my twink greet someone he doesn't like? Hmm that depends on how much he dislikes them ig. For small annoyances (like the detestable kids in yo class or whatever) he can easily greet them with kindness. If they have mildly crossed him in the past he may be more stiff when greeting them. If they're just horrible people who have nothing to do with him he may appear a lil disgusted when interacting with them. If they've done something really bad that has affected him (Monterey for example) he aint gonna hide shit. Angry stare. Agitated demeanor (its not rlly threatening lmao i mean this is berry). He's too nice to be REALLY mean back lmao. He just firmly tells them he doesn't want anything to do with them. Okay but if they have really traumatized him (Buckingham 2/Duke of Grafton for example since they duels killed his family) then he is gonna run away and do his best to avoid them and then sob in his room for the next 24 hours. And die if they get within 3 feet of him.
Idk it really varies but most of the time he does his best to hide his vexation (sometimes that makes him cry)

potential AU where some zealous monarchist revives the gang to try and reestablish absolute monarchy or whatever
ok so:
They (William, Mary, Bentinck and van Keppel) would all be quite reasonably freaked out by the whole resurrection thing at first, but I imagine that William would very quickly warm up to the idea that God has brought him back to fulfill His divine mission. Probably concerningly quickly. He can ignore the human sacrifices or whatever insanely unethical method was used to bring him back from the dead as long as it is God's Will.
While everyone is coming to terms with being resurrected in the 21st century, Bentinck realizes that they aren't even the ideal people to bring back absolute monarchy. You'd think that if someone wanted the honorable British people to accept absolute rule by one person, it would be from a more uniting national hero type, and it certainly wouldn't be from someone who isn't even English. No one heard what he said though
Mary gets modern prescription glasses and can see clearly without squinting for the first time in her life. The glasses were likely obtained on a very tumultuous group field trip to one of those mall eye glass stores.
Said zealous monarchist comes to the horrifying realization that these people are absolutely useless. Mary is simultaneously captivated by the wonders of the modern world but also going through an existential crisis. Bentinck doesn't really believe in this plan at all. Van Keppel isn't dedicated and he just kind of wants to chill. William, though he is very into the whole becoming the king of England again thing, might be a bit too enthusiastic. Like he-might-commit-a-crime enthusiastic.
Bentinck finally gets to live in a world where you can order exotic plants and fish online and he starts working on making one of those really complicated fish tanks with a fully self-sustaining ecosystem. He becomes aquarium-pilled.
Basically no one actually works towards their goal, except for William, who has to be kept on a leash to prevent him from killing someone. (killing people is his coping mechanism </3)
