yeah, kinda, but i’ve been on birth control for a couple months (for pcos also), and my periods have been regulating, but the cramps are actually crippling during the week break in my birth control. like, i’m paralysed from the waist down. for me though, nothing goes back to normal because of my hs and pcos.
that might just be because of the pcos but my flare ups are incredibly random. it’s irritating.
