Man, listening to Dio always feels like coming back to an old friend; a reminder of times that were better and a reminder that they can get better.
Honestly it's weird for me - his music and voice is like a big warm hug but it's also bittersweet for that same reason, so I find myself smiling and laughing through tears.
Especially on an old mixed tape I got from an op-shop; Hungry For Heaven was the last song on that tape, so getting to it was always like a bit of a treat.

Uhh so
You know how I mentioned in my MMZX/A headcanons list that Prometheus would have a death-related job no matter what world I wrote him in?
This may be the most self-indulgent fic I have ever started, in which Prometheus works as a forensic analyst, Vent is a police detective, and Ashe... well, you'll have to wait and see.
