I have.... I haven't shared any stories yet because I am planning an amazing fic rec list that includes my fave authors and all that - but this was... This is sooooo spot on I had to - I couldn't comment so I had to make this known one way or another.

Seriously, this is just how I remember me and my band friends. Performing. Acting. Being together. And making fun of one another. This has fit so ich of my memories into one perfect interaction segment that I cannot...

I am so attached. This is amazing. This autjor already has me full of squish and to be tossed into this was almost rude- because I was laughing and remembering and now in a state of missing.

I love the characterizations and interactions. It is perfect and spot on. Thank you for this. I might to cry in a corner now... But mostly happy tears, dang it! XD

I have been suffering from anxiety for a while now. My mind wanders places and it’s hard to distract myself. I have had some dark thoughts and didn’t want to draw attention to myself, so I searched and I came to find this. I found this app called Calm harm. It helped me through a lot and i want people to be more aware of it. It’s an app that provides tasks to help you resist or manage the urge to self-harm. You can even set a password to keep it private if you’d like.

Short description:

-you can do activities for either 5 or 15 mins (with a countdown for each min)

-you will be able to track your progress and notice change

-this app also provides you with 4 categories to help you learn self control, care rather than harm, get those feelings out in a different way, and provide safe alternatives to self injury.

-there is also a ‘Breathe’ category to help calm and get back in control
