In which Tails laughs at you for trusting him! Congratulations, you've been robbed and left to rot.
Tails is known for being someone you can rely on and trust, someone you can go to in a moment of need. Creator Tails knows that his past self fits this description, but he definitely doesn't- Not anymore. But the people from the worlds he travels to don't know that, so he uses it against them.
THOSE WE LOVE
Sometimes, we hurt the people we say we love. Despite wanting to hug and hold them close, we only end up pushing them further away. It is... Then that we need to take a step back and think about the things we need to do differently, and the steps we need to take in order to do and be better. For them, and us.
And if those people are not willing to stay any longer, then... We shall let them leave. Because, no matter how much it hurts to see them go, they do not owe us anything for the exchange of finally being treated with basic kindness. That... That is not love.
