Sweet Chili Chickpea & White Beanā£ā£ thanks @plantbasedrdā£ā£ for this goodness. ā£ā£ White Beans are a great source of protein, calcium and fiber šŸ‘ One of the things that blue zones around the world have in common is the people eat lots of beans! šŸŒ ā£ā£ ā£ā£ Recipe by: @plantbasedrdā£ā£ ā£ā£ Sweet Chili Chickpeasā£ā£ 1 cup cooked Chickpeas, rinsed and drainedā£ā£ 2 tbsp soy sauceā£ā£ 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce ā£ā£ 1/2 tsp minced garlicā£ā£ 1 tsp hot sauce ā£ā£ 1 handful of spinachā£ā£ 2 mini bell peppers thinly sliced into rings ā£ā£ 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced šŸŒ±ā£ā£ .ā£ā£ In a small bowl combine soy sauce, minced garlic, sweet chili sauce and sesame seeds. Set sauce aside. In a pan, add in mushrooms and cook until most of water has evaporated. Add in Chickpeas and allow to heat through for 2 minutes before adding sauce.
