day 51 and the curse is broken!!! my friend @sybaritick wrote a bomb of a fic that is webweave and bloodweave combined....FOR ME :)

i check the gale/minthara tag every day on ao3. this is day 49 since i posted my fic. this is my desperate psa asking for other people to write it or else ill be forced to (tbh im going to write more anyway)

when will mystra's gambit come back from the war </3 (I'm joking, I'm not trying to be rude just genuinely curious!)

Soon(tm)! I'm all seriousness, I have been working on the third chapter very slowly, but it just takes me time because the chapters are usually denser than my other stuff hehee.

I got caught up in some fic exchanges but now that those are done, I plan to finish sating the hunger so I can close that chapter of my life and then I'll be more focused on mystra's gambit!!

Almost the end of the year and doing some end-of-the-year reminiscing. I've gone from not writing in over, idk, eight years, to hitting 100k published words on AO3 since I started in September. :D BG3 has been such an inspiration to me.

And I've been so fortunate & lucky that I've gotten the type of reception that I have on my writing. I don't know what my first fic did to get the attention that it did (I mostly assume it came out at the right time), but it really has helped been a motivator after the initial rush of 'exciting new thing' inspiration wore off.

Not only that, but I do feel like I've made some really wonderful friends in this fandom. I came across a discord that I joined on a whim, and it's wonderful to be part of a group that is so welcoming, loving, and supporting. And honestly, I'm hoping to maintain these friendships I've made for a long time because they are such awesome people. :)

TLDR; BG3 has truly been like a nice, warm hug that I didn't know I needed, haha
