I keep seeing posts from teens going through tough times on my feed, and I want you to know that life does get better. I’m saying this as someone who spent their teenage years stuck in bed, depressed from a lot of traumatic stuff. I know right now things might feel hopeless, but I promise the universe — or whatever higher power you believe in — will give you so many chances. Things can get better. Like Lana Del Rey said, "Fairytales always have a happy ending, and if you’re not happy, then it’s not the ending."
