     𝐡𝐢𝐬  𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬  𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝  𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐨  𝐡𝐞𝐫  𝐚𝐬  𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐥𝐲  𝐚𝐬  𝐡𝐞  𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝,     which  considering  how  sick  he  was  getting,  it  probably  felt  like  nothing  to  her  in  comparison  to  the  way  he  used  to  be  able  to  hold  her.     the  way  she  touched  him  almost  made  him  emotional,  shaking  his  head,     "     couldn't  forget  about  you,  baby  girl,  you're  a  pain  in  my  ass,     "     he  teased,  trying  to  just  be  a  little  normal  between  them,  especially  considering  the  way  she  was  looking  at  him,  he  could  literally  see  the  worry  in  her  eyes  as  she  realised  just  how     𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐤     he  had  gotten  and  it  was  only  a  matter  of  time,     "     don't  worry  about  me,  we  gotta  get  you  out  of  here  and  you  gotta  go  stop  that  shifter,  derail  their  fucking  plan  to  take  over,     "     butcher  told  her,  his  hands  moving  to  cup  her  face  and  for  a  brief  moment,  he  missed  the  power  that  the  temp  v  had  given  him.     he  would  be  able  to  break  these  cuffs  and  get  her  out  of  here,  but  he  didn't  and  there  was  no  way  billy  was  letting  kessler  anywhere  fucking  near  annie.     it  just  meant  that  there  was  only  way  two  ways  out  of  her  cuffs,  she  had  to  figure  out  her  power  situation  and  quick,  or  she  had  to  do  it  the     𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐮𝐥     way  and  pull  herself  out.

     𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠  𝐚  𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐬  𝐭𝐨  𝐡𝐞𝐫  𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝,     he  looked  at  her  with  a  softer  look  on  his  face  as  he  hated  that  she  had  no  other  way  out  of  this  and  there  was  no  way  for  him  to  help  her,     "     i'm  fucking  sorry,  annie,  but  you're  gonna  have  to  get  yourself  out  of  this.     that  cunt  didn't  leave  a  key  and  we  ain't  got  the  time  to  chase  her  down,  you  can  do  this,     "     billy  wished  they  had  the  time  for  him  to  go  after  the  shifter  and  get  the  key,  but  he  didn't  want  to  leave  her.     he  also  knew  one  good  hit,  he  was  going  down  and  he  had  things  he  needed  to  do  before  his  time  was  up.     getting  annie  out  was  the  first  thing,  then  he  had  to  try  to  get  through  to  ryan,     "     i  wish  i  could  fucking  do  more.     but  you  can  get  yourself  out  of  this,  i  fucking  know  it,     "
