I love inventing cakes that have no sugar no oil no flour no eggs and no diary My parents are used to more fat and sugary things so it's a real challenge to invent a cake both healthy and tasty to omnivores But I managed to invent two cakes that they loved: cinnamon plum millet cake and buckwheat groats blackberry brownie :3 I also do not use saturated oils like shea butter or coconut Even though there's coconut in every second vegan recipe lol I love nutritionfacts.org check their channel out :D It really bugs me that even though the vegan cakes are supposed to be healthy they have a lot of oil flour and sugar anyways /:
