I have never been so done with life. This year has been extremely draining and suffocating.

Does anyone know any supplements to take to calm anxiety? Getting actual anxiety pills need presciption and I dont have money to see a doctor.

I have at least 3 weeks of vacation before I go back to uni. Im in my 4th year, everyone. I will be busy finishing my thesis, a feasibility study. Hopefully, I can go back to learning the Korean language (I have a korean bf, and he knows my mother tongue yet, idk much his). I am feeling very hopeful for August (July, hmm, we rest) 🌸
