Are you a Gold Star lesbian? (Just in case you don't know what it means, a Gold Star lesbian is a lesbian that has never had the sex with a guy and would never have any intentions of ever doing so)
Sorry to bring controversity to this blog but the Gold Star Lesbian thing is honestly kinda harmful. It puts lesbians that have never had a past with men on a higher pedestal than those who haven’t. It’s completely okay to have had a past with men and be a lesbian. I feel like it’s important that the community expresses that you can try labels and change sexualities as much as you need! I just feel like using Gold Star Lesbian kinda hurts that thought
