imagine a character that can't leave home, can't go anywhere, without their backpack

not because there's important stuff inside. i mean, there can be, but usually it's things that are only vaguely related to where they're going and the vast majority of the time none of it is needed

now, you'd think that such a character would be too on the nose. that the metaphor is too simple...

but that's me. i AM that character. i DO feel anxious without a burden on my back

I want a relationship where I can cuddle, love, cook for, basically just do what people would consider couple stuff with a person, but it's completely platonic. Like I love you, we hug we love, but there's no romantic attraction involved. Pls tell me I'm not the only one who feels this way.
