Imagine if when Keith and Lance got in a fight, Lance would purposely wear Coconut scented cologne/lotion/etc just to piss off Keith even more. 😭😭

(Lance would 100% find it amusing)

What if Keith just hates the smell of coconuts but Lance loves it? Just imagining Keith gagging over the smell while Lance thinks it’s the most refreshing smell on the face of the Earth? Lance has also given Allura a coconut before to try it out

Keith: *gags at the smell of the coconut*

Lance: *gets instant serotonin and his muscles relax because the smell of the coconut*

Keith: *hard core side eyeing Lance as judgmental as possible*

Lance: *returned the side eyeing to Keith*

Then they make out after bickering over it 💋

Keith: “For some reason Lance has been way more… clumsy than usual?”

Pidge: “He’s doing it on purpose.”

Keith: “…”

Keith: “Oh, I see”

This is the 4th time he’s “caught” Lance this week.

Lance just wants the attention he deserves :’(

KEITH HAS NIGHTMARES!!

Okay, in one of my previous headcanons, Lance got really hurt, right?? (if you don't know what i'm talking about, go read my other stuff).

Okay, so one night, Lance wakes up in the middle of the night, (next to Keith because obviously they share a bed cuz I said so,) to the sound of Keith whimpering and muttering a bunch of incomprehensible stuff, but he's able to make out the sound of his name. It's a constant occurrence, "Lance..." he mutters, and it keeps getting louder, and it's said with more and more fear, "Lance!" and eventually Keith shoots upright in a cold sweat, and Lance is kinda just staring at him with a really worried expression, not knowing what to do.

It takes him a minute to get Keith to calm down, "Shhh, hey, hey, hey, it's okay, I'm here. Talk to me, babe, what's going on?" He asks, it takes him a couple tries, but after a bit, Keith responds with "Don't you ever sacrifice yourself for me again, do you understand?" he says it with a tinge of anger, though mostly fearfulness and worry, "I've lost too much already, I can't lose you, too, Lance." There's an unshakable certainty in his voice, regardless of how much it's shaking.

Lance pulls Keith into his arms, running his fingers through his hair, he plants little kisses all over Keith's face until he finally starts smiling again. They lean their foreheads against each other and Lance is like, cradling Keith's cheek with his hand, you know the thing, and he says in probably the most serious voice Keith has ever heard, "Keith, I swear to you on all the stars we've seen together, I. Am not. Going. Anywhere. I love you far too much to leave you alone, hell, I hardly want to be in a room without you." He takes a minute and sighs, "But you have to understand, in those certain situation, it's your life over mine every time."

Keith looks to the side, upset and a bit defeated.

"But Keith?" Lance pulls their faces a little closer so Keith can feel his breath on his lips, "Even if the worst happens, I want you to know, I'll find you in every lifetime, and I will love every person you become just as I love you now. No matter how many times death takes me away from you or vice-versa, I will always make my way back to you."

Keith smiles and closes the gap between them and they just sit there with each other, it's a bittersweet moment, both knowing that eventually death will take them apart, but also knowing that they have this life, right here and right now, and they treasure it.

(Omg i'm so sorry it's so long my author brain took overrrdgjsfhkjf, I try to make these less like dramatic short stories and more like actual headcanons but i can't help myselfff)
