It’s heartbreaking to see talented creators—ranging from new to veteran to anywhere in between—struggle with this platform’s (community’s?) lack of engagement with their content and ultimately retire or relocate to another site. It’s challenging, bordering on impossible, to share your content beyond the little bubble of your following when posts languish in everyone’s Likes rather than being reblogged. It’s demoralizing to read messages like “my dashboard is dead” when this is how creators are treated here, when users who have been here for years watch their numbers dwindle as the like to reblog ratio worsens, when new creators can’t even cultivate a following because their work is never seen. Of course this wears on us even when we’re not doing it “for the notes.” Of course creators are leaving. When we’re treated as dispensable, what reason do we have to stay?

Also im here to support and represent like all genders and races in my silly little writings and imagines etc so feel free if u have a certain request for how the reader should be
