CCan I Do A Small Ice Breaker? Like A Small Teehee Question?

cCan i do a small ice breaker? like a small teehee question? 🗣

if yes, then i wanna hear your opinions on akechi, the guy, the bro, the man that got his carefully planned years long revenge plot absolutely destroyed with breakfast food. the one and only that embodies my emotions when im experiencing That Time Of The Month.

imo, im so glad that he got fleshed out more in royal. he was like a surprisingly breath of fresh air cause, like, while the thieves are pretty positive and great, i really wanted someone that was like the opposite or something like that. third semester was lowk one of the best additions in the entire game despite uh.. a certain gymnast..

either way, im lowk looking forward to akechi's and entwined hearts!reader's dynamic.. like omg imagine the awkwardness.. happy valentines by the way, hope this isn't too much a bother!

Well, Happy belated Valentine’s Day to you. So, my opinions on Akechi, huh? Well he is an interesting character for Persona 5, similar to Adachi from Persona 4. He balances out well with Joker since they’re meant to be two sides of the same coin. He’s a character with a lot of layers and complexity, an interesting backstory. He brings a lot to the table and his involvement really helps the direction of Persona 5’s plot, including Third Semester. Akechi’s rivalry and opposing characteristics of Joker and the Phantom Thieves are important. Kinda like Arsène and Sherlock Holmes. And of course we get to understand why he is the way he is.

Though despite it all I personally don’t like him. But I do like his character in a story sense. I can get behind his character and all, but I don’t have to be a fan to do so. Despite Akechi’s tragedies and struggles, he is technically a sadistic psychotic murderer who manipulates and uses people to further his agenda no matter what until he stops. Nothing can really excuse that. That’s a choice. I can’t say I was moved by his sacrifice, but I understand it is for his character arc. He did have no problem showing zero hesitancy to kill Joker and shoot him straight in the head. He was pretty much yearning to do that.

I can’t say much about Akechi and Entwined Hearts’ Reader’s interactions will be like. Though you’d probably have a clear guess to what it’ll be like. They’re opposites on opposite sides. The tension and displeasure could cut a Shadow with a single slice. Plus, you can also say it’s similar to another tense/conflicting relationship from.. let’s say, P3? If you know the two characters I’m referring to.

The Regent King of Hell

A/N: Just an interesting idea I thought to try. Not sure I want to make this a part of my fandom list as it’s not my cup of tea to write but I wanted to give this a shot regardless.

Fandom(s): Hazbin Hotel

Charlie Magne/Morningstar & (Twin)Fem Reader

Lucifer Magne/Morningstar & (Daughter)Reader

Summary: As the 2nd Princess of Hell, you were given the reigns of ruling over the Ring of Wrath as a King of Sin, then eventually Pride as regent for your parents in their crumbling marriage, soon breakup and your father’s inactive state. You became one of the most, if not above all the most feared ruler out of the Rings of Hell, leaving you to be quite a contrast to your sheltered optimistic older sister, but you loved each other all the same.

Headcanon

Content: Fluff, family, Reader is nicknamed Satan, sister relationship, father-daughter relationship, platonic relationships, demons & angels, morality, afterlife, based on how Satan isn’t introduced yet and the circumstances of Lucifer’s role after physically stepping down from ruling aside from his title as King of Hell.

Warnings: None.

Main List

The Regent King Of Hell

As children growing up, you and Charlie were always joined at the hip. It was rare for anyone to find one of the Morningstar Twins without the other.

You had very fond memories of your family together, spending moments like any other happy human ones. Having your father display his angelic powers in beautiful imagery to you and your sister’s delight. And your mother singing you songs and lullabies.

Your father would take you on trips to his Lu Lu World theme park. He also wasn’t hesitant to show his bitterness to Loo Loo Land. He forbade you and Charlie to ever go there, and that hasn’t changed even now. But you have been to Hellsney, you heard the human world had something similar to the name.

Ironically, you don’t actually like apples. By themselves they’re okay, but even though it’s your family’s main symbol, you find it tolerable. You hate apple themed food, though.

Though it became apparent that you and Charlie began to take different personalities and views as you got older. Whereas she was optimistic, naive, vibrant, and mild; you were stern, calm, intimidating, and calculating. The denizens of Hell sometimes pondered over the differences between you.

You seemed to take more after your mother and Charlie your father, you still loved them both, but when their relationship began to fall apart you mostly chose to stay by your father’s side. Taking up the duties of learning to govern over Hell more than ever.

But even before that, you took to your responsibilities as an heir more highly compared to your twin, who wasn’t all that interested, instead pursuing a different path.

As you grew up, you even took to taking on a more demonic form, like leaving your curled horns rest on your head, sharp fangs, and having similar wings to Lucifer you inherited that you left out. Though the rest of your features did match with Charlie’s. But you have the ability to shapeshift and change to a number of things, even a more monstrous form.

You displayed more powers in comparison to her, though, having even used them to ‘discipline’ anyone who tried to step out of line, thinking you’d be as dismissive as your sister.

For your capabilities, your parents had given you the opportunity of ruling over the Ring of Wrath, making you a member of one of the Seven Deadly Sins, leading to the demons to then give you the nickname famously known as Satan. Which, funnily enough, had humans and sinners tending to mistake you for your dad, Lucifer.

You found amusement in others speaking your stage name in forms of expression.

You became the embodiment of Wrath for your power and dangerous influence, finally filling the missing spot for the Seven Deadly Sins.

And like your dad, you also detested sinners. You knew many of humanity’s history and their continuous behaviours throughout the centuries. Humans are as cruel as they are loving. They could be even more monstrous than hellborn demons, for all their fragility and short lifespans.

Naturally, you took to them also being something of ants or specks of dust. Though you do get experiences being on earth and getting involved with humans. For being what they are, they did fascinate you for their unpredictability.

You even carried an exception with a level of respect for the intelligent and influential mortals.

When Charlie and Lucifer grew apart at the time of your parents separation, having the misunderstanding of how one didn’t want to see the other, you continued staying close to him. Spending time with him, listening to him talk about his hyper-fixation projects, flying together, and then visiting him among your time ruling over the two rings.

You were pretty much emancipated with your parents’ separation being a Sin.

When Lilith left, stepping down from her royal duties, you and Charlie both didn’t have any contact with her for the past 7 years to now.

You had grown apart from your mom just before that. You weren’t the fondest of her at the moment.

You didn’t know how long Lucifer would remain inactive from ruling the Pride Ring, so you continued acting as regent.

While Charlie had her cat Keekee, and goat-toys-brought-to-life, Razzle and Dazzle, you had your hellhounds, actual terrifying beasts who intelligently understood your orders, but different than the other sentient hellhounds in Hell.

As King of Wrath and now Pride, you were usually busy. Jumping between the two realms and overseeing the majority of Hell in your father’s stead. Sometimes meeting with the other Kings of the Seven Deadly Sins.

Out of all of Hell’s hierarchy, you have the most experience with humans and earth.

Shapeshifting is an ability you inherited from Lucifer. Meaning animals.

You turned into a duckling and a snake for him when you were little. He couldn’t stop fawning how cute you were. He was pretty proud.

Being the embodiment of wrath meant some cause for destruction. You’ve had a hand in a some earthly/hellish disasters.

It also made you the most warlike and combative.

Lucifer had had his worries of how fast you’ve grown. Being mature and doing your own thing ruling a ring of Hell.

Having been sheltered from the lives of humans on earth, Charlie carried the benefit of the doubt for the sinners. Which honestly exasperated you.

You didn’t have any animosity towards your twin, you cared for her, but you wished she carried more of a backbone. Having only the title as the 1st Princess of Hell to go off on and hardly using her powers, the denizens could never take her seriously.

So when she presented her ideas of redemption to you, as family and ruler, you considered it hilariously absurd, though not to her face. You had agreed that while there are sinners who didn’t deserve eternal damnation for their particular situations, not all of them deserved peace.

Humans already had their chances of change and different livelihoods, what was the point of doing it now when they already passed death? They had made their choices and harmed others in the process, to redeem now when their lives were already over felt pointless.

So you were rather indifferent to Extermination Day. You didn’t really know if Lucifer was actually in agreement to it anyways, even for his own distaste in sinners, but your father wouldn’t have had a choice in it regardless. Heaven was the one to force him to be the King of Hell after all, it isn’t a surprise that they could exterminate without his permission. And the Exorcists who were once mortal came down tended to have personal vengeance over the sinners who made their lives hell in the first place.

You weren’t interested in getting involved with Heaven if you could help it.

Seeing how passionate and serious Charlie was, you agreed to support her, regardless of how farfetched her goal looked. But you made to note that while Charlie shouldn’t focus on the inhumane sinners in particular, you advised that her future patrons should at least be remorseful to try and reach Heaven. That was the biggest point of redemption after all.

You did know her girlfriend, Vaggie, the three of you occasionally hanging out for things like lunch. She did tend to be nervous in your presence. All you cared about was her having a good relationship with your sister.

Charlie’s ex, Seviathan and his sister, Helsa, would’ve had their heads torn off of their bodies by you if your twin hadn’t convinced you otherwise. You detested that family.

You rarely did get to see Charlie as she created her ‘Happy Hotel’, but you did drop by to visit when you had time. And upon hearing the Radio Demon’s involvement as her co-owner, changing the name to ‘Hazbin Hotel’, you were obviously suspicious, since you were acquainted and familiar with the Overlords, but since he hadn’t done anything yet and Charlie saying she could take of herself, you left her to it.

While you weren’t sure how these events would fold, you hoped things would work out for your family and getting the time to be together again like you used to be.

So, how was this..?

A question I seriously want to know because I’ve been debating myself over this for some time and I want to settle this:

For me I can’t quite decide myself. I use both names when I write for Joker, either because it’s requested or to simply show that there isn’t anything wrong with using either of them to address our P5 Protagonist.

Of course, through the majority of my writing of posts and my Entwined Hearts story, I use Akira Kurusu. It was the first name I learned of for Joker so it was familiar, but to me it sounded better. And it was, as far as I’m aware of, the first name for him when the manga adaptation came out after the game. Ren Amamiya was chosen by a producer for the anime because it held symbolism and meaning, which is what I liked about it.

Akira Kurusu meant “a killer kill”, it could also be “vessel of dawn” for the kanji in the name. I don’t know Japanese, the second meaning just came from a source. Ren Amamiya stood for “Rain Palace”. Obviously, Atlus chose Ren Amamiya for his name in Dancing Starlight and I suppose other places as well. Akira was only in the manga, and Akira is used by another character in Strikers. Sound and wording goes to Akira, but symbolism and representation is Ren.

So I kept thinking on whether or not I should switch the name in my story and how I think of him. And what better way to decide that by asking your take on this?

A Question I Seriously Want To Know Because Ive Been Debating Myself Over This For Some Time And I Want

I’m going to say this bluntly in regards of Kasumi/Sumire: Yes, she’s a character that the audience relate to, such as her depressive slumps, the emotional grudge against her twin sister. But with that said, her story doesn’t connect with the themes of Persona 5 which is why her character sucks. From her unsympathetic reasoning for her Persona awakening, to how everyone around her reacts to her presence, she feels more like an unused character for Persona 4. Instead of filling in the holes within Persona vanilla, Altus just created a lifeless poster girl with themes that don’t connect with Persona 5.

It’s to the point where Sophia, an artificial intelligence from a spinoff game, manages to stay in tune with the theme of rebellion.(Plus Kasumi feels like an Oc made by Persona fan who has a hard on for Joker)

[ I AM NO LONGER ACCEPTING INBOX RESPONSES ABOUT THIS MATTER ]

Final comment regarding my character opinions post here that I finally decided to include here:

My Rants on Kasumi Yoshizawa + 1 & 2

I appreciate another opinion, Anon. But I will not take anymore replies on this. My inbox is for requests, questions, and harmless chats. This blog is dedicated to writing, and sometimes art if I plan on it. Please respect that.

Im Going To Say This Bluntly In Regards Of Kasumi/Sumire: Yes, Shes A Character That The Audience Relate

Right? I can’t un-see it. Pretty good artwork by the way. And despite the differences in their personalities, they are also kind of similar at the same time. But I mean, P3 came out in 2006, the manhwa was made 2022, however the original source material, the novel, was in 2013. Quite a gap in years, which is interesting. I do wonder if the artist had P3 Protag as inspiration or something or it was just a coincidence, regardless, I liked the art.

There is another fan art I’ve seen of P3/4/5 Protagonists together dressed like princes/nobles and I really enjoyed the image. It’s cute. Especially when you can change their clothes in game, it’d be fun to actually dress them royally/formally.

Right? I Cant Un-see It. Pretty Good Artwork By The Way. And Despite The Differences In Their Personalities,

This was wild for me to see! If I brought out more photos then they’d really would look identical. Minus the height. What P3 Protag would look like in royal wear is what my brain is thinking. But between the two, of course I’d choose my dear S.E.E.S leader. Especially given the past actions of the other guy (he’s not bad in the second timeline, though, he became a different person). This was random but I just thought to share this, I found it interesting.

The Grace/Soul of Death

A/N: I might have the itch to write for this fandom once in a while. I enjoyed the show and can’t wait for the 2nd season. And yes, I made Azrael female here, because I wanted to.

Fandom(s): Hazbin Hotel

Lucifer Magne/Morningstar & (Sister)Azreal/Reader

Charlie Magne/Morningstar & (Aunt)Azreal/Reader

Summary: As the Archangel of Death, your purpose is to be the direct counterpart to God: creating the balance of nature. The end to his creations. Impartial and everlasting. For this, you’re the only one able to travel between the worlds of Heaven, Earth, and Hell freely. So even after your brother, Lucifer, became fallen, your relationship remained.

Headcanon

Content: Fluff, sibling relationships, siblings, platonic relationships, mild angst, family, demons & angels, supernatural, comfort, afterlife, immortality.

Warnings: None.

Main List

The Grace/Soul Of Death

Compared to the rest of the archangels, you looked the most different among them, even for all the differences between you as siblings and not looking exactly alike.

With beautiful grey, six feathered wings and black hair, contrasting the ivory wings and lighter locks of your brothers and sisters.

Perhaps morbidly or ironically, you were incredibly beautiful. Many creatures alike tended to gawk upon seeing you for the first time. Your usual appearance seemed like a fantasy; a Greek statue or a painting, something almost surreal, which said a lot for an angel’s usual beauty.

Your looks were crafted to entice the living and the allure of the end. Tempting a person to willingly give up their soul like a siren to a sailor.

Earth is usually your domain, as Death primarily reigns over the world of the living.

You’re the only being able to traverse between all three realms of Heaven, earth, and hell without qualms or restraints.

Already dead souls perished by things like angelic weapons weren’t in your jurisdiction. Their lives had already been over.

Your appearance would morph to a human’s personal perception of death, whether it be their greatest fear, comfort, or something they didn’t consciously understand as their souls left their bodies.

Among the mortals over the years, you were called many names and visualized with different faces in cultures. Thanatos, Anubis, the Grim Reaper, Hel, depicted as a man in most times with a variety of names but their purposes were one and the same.

Even with the conception of Death being depressing and morbid, your name, Azrael, meant ‘Help from God’, and without you, the world would’ve gone chaotic without a balance.

It does get on your nerves about the many misconceptions and ignorance people have about you. The amount of arrogance one has for life is a headache.

You know every information about any and all souls. From their time of birth to death. It seemed intrusive but your photographic memory was a side effect to what you are.

Before Lucifer fell, you two were close. When he talked about his ideas, curiosity and dreams, you listened to them. Never scrutinizing or warning him to think too far compared to your siblings like Michael and Gabriel, or the other angels who were wary of his ideals.

You were impartial and unbiased with your job. You had to, death favoured no one.

As the physical manifestation of Death, you couldn’t disappear from existence yourself. Unlike angels of mortal souls, a pure blooded angel, an archangel at that, was made of grace instead of a soul. And archangels were born with a purpose, unlike humans.

Your main responsibility was to ensure death remained in the living world, though you yourself couldn’t decide where souls would go in the afterlife. Only their end of living.

You didn’t have to be present to every human’s end. Your very existence was what mattered to earth, like a plague taking its course each life in due time.

Compared to Michael, God’s right hand and chief of the angels, you had a bit of a closer relationship to your Father than one would think. Being created as his counterpart and all.

You wielded a weapon known as the Death Scythe, deadlier than angelic weapons and the sharpest blade that can cut anything. Even though a scythe was its usual form, you could change it to anything you wanted. With such a weapon, no could aside from yourself could even lift it.

You’ve made plenty of trips to Hell. Personally witnessing the Pride Ring grow and expand with sinners as Lucifer and Lilith ruled and made a new home and life.

Lucifer was happy that you never saw him any different unlike Heaven. He at least had one family member around. You were his favourite for staying by him all this time.

Your relationship with your other siblings weren’t as close as with Lucifer. You didn’t often see each other for being busy so it was rare to even be in the same room together.

Your family wasn’t the same after your brother’s descent.

His daughter, Charlie, even got to know you when you visited your brother. Referring to you as Aunt Rea. Curiously asking questions about the mortal realm and watching you and her dad do magic together for her.

You and Lilith were well acquainted with each other over the centuries, but you wouldn’t call yourselves particularly close. You did respect each other though.

The first time you reaped a mortal soul, which was Adam’s, it personally relieved you since that meant he was gone. He was a headache. But it cut short when you realized he was going to Heaven.

When Lucifer became hyper-fixated on ducks, you indulged on this hobby of his with him. Lending a hand on his duck-making and being the audience when he presented his creations.

He even made a rubber duck based on you. He keeps one beside his family version on his desk, giving you the other with another set of him and Charlie. You keep them in a safe place.

You’ve been to Lu Lu World, Lucifer’s other passion project that he took great pride in. Your brother still hates Mammon’s guts for making a ripoff off of it.

The Day of the Dead is actually your favourite mortal holiday. Which is something else for an immortal being surrounded by fleeting human traditions. It’s the holiday where humans don’t look down on death but understand the beauty and importance of it.

Along with celebrating the souls who mattered to the living, the vibrant colours, costumes, music, festivities, it was honestly on one of these rare time that you felt happy.

When Charlie came to you about her rehabilitation project, you unfortunately couldn’t offer much assistance. Since being the Angel of Death meant you could only be a neutral party.

You weren’t a fan of the Exterminators and Extermination Day. You thought Heaven was always too paranoid, and you still detested Adam when he somehow became the leader of that army. They made you releasing souls, sinners or not, to the afterlife seem pointless if they were to just cease existing because they wanted to.

One time someone had mistaken Adam for you, it got you severely peeved.

And for his bigmouth, Adam wasn’t stupid enough to pick a fight with Death herself.

When Lucifer and Lilith parted ways and Charlie became independent, you were your brother’s only frequent visitor when he got more reclusive.

For feeling disconnected with his daughter and lonesome, he was grateful you were still here with him. Even when time changes throughout your immortal lives, your familial love for each other stayed timeless. King of Hell, fallen angel, or the Devil, he will always be your brother.
