Here’s another little nibble of what’s to come….}

She feels the vibrations before she hears them. The dense rumble, like far off thunder, disturbs the water just a couple of feet in front of her. His deep, baritone bellow sends a shockwave through the water causing anticipation to shiver down her spine and a gush of expectation to escape from her core. Just below the water’s surface, his hands, calloused and rough from years of axe wielding and battle training, slide up the outside of her thighs with surprising gentleness, squeezing experimentally every few inches. He lifts his enormous head up from the lagoon, the cascading water forming rivulets in the divots of his hide and admires the faint flush coloring that fans across the curving planes of her chest and neck. With the pool to amplify the sound, his next low is louder, guttural, and menacing. A territorial sound not meant for her ears, but broadcast for those of his kind, a clear and dominant demand. Any other males nearby will recognize the warning.

He is thankful for his shorter snout as he brushes his lips across hers. Instantly, her mouth opens in invitation, and he is swift to plunge deep, tasting her eagerly. She melts against him, folding her smaller frame into the arches of his muscles, succumbing to his appetite without hesitation. She knows deep in her heart that it will always be like this. She will crave him to the end of her days.

As he ravages her mouth, his tongue drinking greedily from her honeyed pout, his big hands encircle her waist with ease. She’s a shapely, luscious woman, full bodied with curves so dangerous she needs her own warning signs, but no one has ever made her feel small like this lover. His hands easily dwarf her form, making her seem as petite as some of her traveling companions. With a flick and a flex of a few powerful muscles, he easily pushes her back through the water, coaxing her into more secluded surroundings. She moans into his kiss as the water’s cascading curtain plunges over their unified form. Behind the waterfall, he finds a smooth flat stone at the front edge of the cavern and gently lays her back. He is struck by the sight of her laying there with rivulets of water glistening and sliding across her skin, now pebbled with goosebumps from the cool cavern’s air. Her eyes burn with a hunger only he can quench. His heart swells, even as his loins ache with need. She widens her legs in invitation with a coy smile, knowing exactly how she affects him.

Easing down to his knees in the balmy pool, his snout is eye level with her opening, and he leans into take a deep breath. Inhaling her scent into his lungs, he feels her essence invade him from the inside out, feeding his hungry bestial nature to rut. Another bone-shaking churr rumbles into the water signifying his desire, echoing back from the cavern and surrounding her from all sides. He grasps her legs firmly but with care, placing them over his shoulders, preparing to feast.

She bites her lip to keep from moaning, watching as this seven foot behemoth with razor sharp teeth touches her with such tenderness. She finds herself utterly astonished. Careful of the sharp claws on the ends of his fingertips, he slides his hands under her thighs to her posterior. Grabbing the cheeks of her ass, he lifts them like an offering before taking his first sip. His tongue slides from hole to hole, causing her anus to clench involuntarily and her pussy to weep in appreciation. He gathers her juices with each lick, his rough taste buds causing their own shocking sensation that she can’t wait to relive. Drawing them into his mouth and smacking his thick lips, he purrs like a kitten tasting mother’s milk. She can’t help but giggle at the sight of this fierce, deadly predator humming and vibrating at the taste of her. His eyes focus on her lovely face, watching her reactions as his tongue slides through her folds with dual purpose: to accept all that her body has to offer and to bring her to new heights of ecstasy.

She can hear their footsteps now. God, they are so close!

The two frantic women push their tired legs harder, trying to gain distance between them and their pursuers. But the brush is so thick it grabs at their hips and thighs, wrapping around their legs, entangling their feet, and threatening to pull them down at any moment.

The surrounding woods have gone silent, the birds and timber critters have stopped chattering to listen to the desperate chase that is taking place. The air is thick with the telltale sounds of limbs cracking, the pounding thump of feet on dirt, the frantic rasps of prey struggling to breathe, and the encouraging howls of a hunt nearing its end.

She can hear them. Dear God, she can hear them in every direction! There is nowhere to flee from the howls and the vocalizations, any direction that they choose will send the frightened women right into one of the stalkers.

Seeing a very large hardwood in front of her, she grabs her fair-haired friend’s hand and pulls her towards the tree. The trunk is wide and stout. It will hopefully provide enough cover while they hide behind it to get their bearings.

There has to be a way to cut through their pursuers’ encircling line, she just needs a moment to think. Fuck, just a moment to listen and come up with a plan. As they huddle behind their shield of bark, the atmosphere is rife with tension at the horrifying sounds of the thicket cracking and splitting all around them. It's too late! The monsters are closing in!

With rising panic and the need for urgency, they are just about to sprint forward when a new crack is heard, this time from overhead.

A storm of leaves rains down from above as a heavy, ground-shaking thump is felt on the earth in front of where they cower in fear.

An ear-splitting guttural roar pierces the woodland like a spear. The force of the blasting sonance produces shockwaves that vibrate her insides and cause her heartbeat to stutter and falter.

When they dare to peek, the friends cannot believe their eyes. This wasn't one of the monsters pursuing them. This creature was unlike anything they had ever seen before…
