a kaneki that you can’t get away from, no matter how hard you try or how bad you want to.

this is a ken who you’ve known for almost your whole life. a ken you’ve been involved with since middle school. back when things were cute & giggly.. back when holding hands was intimate & thinking about your first kiss with him gave you a thousand butterflies in your tummy.

it’s just that.. things started to hit the fan as you two got older. he doesn’t have a dad.. he barely had a mother around to teach him all the right ways to treat a women. really, you couldn’t have expected him to be perfect nd cute forever.

i mean of course your relationship had love. you loved each other.. but it was fucked up. it was twisted nd it was unhealthy. you two knew that.. you knew it better than anyone else but did you love each other enough to stop hurting one another..? who knows.
