Manga Chrono looking real submissive and breedable

Okay I’m still basically on hiatus right now so sorry for popping in and disappearing right after but.

I was thinking about the differences between the manga and anime of Chrono Crusade (like ya do) and I came upon the subject of how Mary is more, like…forward and take-charge in the manga than the anime, for lack of a better term, and my brain went

“Well obviously, in the manga Chrono is CLEARLY submissive, so of course all of his romantic interests would be more dominant in different ways.”

I made a Brigadoon character tier list awhile back, and I shared it on here a few days ago. And while I was on the tier list site, I searched for a Chrono Crusade list out of curiosity. But - surprise - it didn’t exist. So I made one.

Keep in mind the anime doesn’t legally exist in my brain, so all of the images are from the manga or Daisuke Moriyama’s official art. Though you can use them to base your ranking of the characters on the anime’s portrayal of them as well.

Some characters have better pictures than others, I apologize for that. And I might’ve forgot to add some characters all together, though I’m certain I got all the important ones.

I only did this for my own personal enjoyment and doubt anyone else cares, but sharing anyway.

i had to look up this word that rosette says when she’s braiding chrono’s hair in act 9. i thought the multiple meanings were interesting, because i’ve only ever read this translated as “it’s irritating” (or “it gets in your way”)
