the day has been exhausting for you, having to work 9-5 after staying up all night with extra work for college.

albert knew you were exhausted by the text you sent him this morning, saying good morning and not your usual scream text.

he texted you while you were at working, telling you stay the night at his house tonight. you could tell he was scheming something, but when was he not.

you sighed, untying your work apron and setting it in your locker after clocking out. minimum wage jobs weren't the best, but they paid your bills.

you got your phone from your locker, seeing a missed message from Albert, reading: "hey, y/n/n. meet me at my house after work, I have a surprise :)"

the text made you smile a bit, the feeling of exhaustion overwhelming you.

you leave the diner, waving goodbyes to your co-workers, and finding your car.

the drive comforting, sticking to back roads and listening to your easing music.

you pull into albert's driveway behind his car and gather your things from the passenger's seat. The walk to his door felt like a mile, you muster up the energy to lazily knock on his door.

it shoots open a second later, like he was waiting right beside it.

he smiles and hugs you, leading you inside by the small of your back.

"well I know I kind of already told you I had a surprise for you, but act like you didn't know." he laughs.

you nod and follow him into the living room, the lights off but the television light up the path.

you look towards the couch, seeing albert's and yours favorite snacks, and the blanket you made conjoined together from when you slept over, and decided you want to be in albert's space.

of course it was his idea, urging you to the nearest craft store and getting you to pick out your flip side of the blanket.

it was a shock you weren't dating, but you were both too scared to admit it to one another, even if it's obvious.

your face lights up as much as your tired muscles let you and you could feel Albert rubbing your back slowly.

"I know you've been very exhausted these past couple of days– so I decided to treat you. you don't have work or school for the next two days so we're gonna stay at home and get you back feeling good. I hate seeing you like this." he explains and leads you to the couch, patting the spot next to him so you can lay against him.

you shuffle against him, laying your head on his chest and he pulls the blanket over you.

you look up to him and see the way he clicks through the shows to try to find one for you to binge.

"albert?" you ask and he looks down questioningly. "thank you for this, I really appreciate it even if I can't really show it."

"i know, I'm glad I could help." he smiles and you've never felt more comfortable, you don't have anywhere to be but here with Albert for the next couple of days.

you let yourself fall into sleep, and just before you rest you hear Albert mumble something.

"you're so cute when you're half asleep like this. I love you, y/n."

"I love you too." you smile.

"Could I see your passport for a sec Haz?"

You and Harry sat in a very quiet hotel lobby at three am, although with the time difference still not kicking in fully. It definitely made it feel more like ten o'clock at night.

Both of your suitcases and Gucci travel bags, a gift from Harry early on in the year placed on either side of you. Ready to depart for the airport, travelling to the next location Harry was performing at.

He looked up from his phone in confusion pausing his texting. Sitting up slightly to reach into his back pocket and pulling it out, Harry hesitantly leaned forward and handed it across to you. Being a little sleep-deprived Harry didn't really process what you asked and didn't question it fully.

"erm...sure"

Trying to act not smug at all you took the document from Harry's grasp.

"Thank you"

His sleepy eyes carried on looking at you placing as you placed your phone down and began to flick through his passport. Stopping at the page you were after. Biting your lip to hide your smile anticipating what you were about to discover.

You'd travelled together multiple times but had never actually thought about seeing his passport until you were scrolling through TikTok and you saw some video about your boyfriend, and the opportunity was far too good for you to miss.

Before you had a chance to look at your desired page. Keeping your thumb placed inside marking the page, so you could easily reopen it.

You closed it bringing his passport close to your chest and letting out a gasp before a string of giggles followed.

"Wha'... wha' you scheming eh'? "

With finding your laughter contagious Harry began to slightly chuckle himself, now jokingly trying to pinch his passport back out of your prying hands.

Leaning backwards into your chair another much louder gasp filled the room as you returned to the page "Harry!" Your jaw was definitely on the floor.

Clocking what page you were most likely looking at Harry let out a semi-quiet joking "fucks sakeeee gimmie Y/N" He reached out the palm of his hand full well knowing you weren't ready to give it back over to him yet.

There he was a very long-haired Harry in his prime. Jaw clenched wide pupils, staring directly into the camera full model mode. It honestly looked like a different person compared to the oversized hoodie, joggers tucked into his socks and a very old worn pair of vans, 'soft cuddly' looking Harry sat in front of you.

"H I never got to see you with your long hair!"

Giving into defeat Harry huffed shaking his head and chuckling at your fascination.

"When we get home I'm getting an updated picture taken, that one expires soon anyway."
