Thinkin bout how Saint saw us die in a different timeline per Season of Dawn lore. Saint watched us channel the Light through Ghost and watched us lose him. Watched us plead with a silent God to bring him back. And in that timeline, Cayde was still dead. In that timeline, it was a truly pyrrhic victory. We destroyed the Witness in a final battle, but lost so much in that moment. Saint was the only one to watch this happen, the rest of the Coalition was holding back the tide of enemies.

All this was changed by Crow's Wish. A wish to fix his greatest mistake, to undo his worst act. In doing so, Crow altered the future. Crow gave our ghost a second chance. And Saint was there. Our grave no longer exists in the Corridors of Time, because we rewrote that future.

So apparently there's a secret ending in the game where if you butcher the japanese language, Takemura-san shoots you point blank 48 times in the head.

imagine you die and end up in an eternal paradise of warmth and light and beauty where everything feels pure and perfect. it's everything that's kind and gentle. it's all encompassing. it's bliss. and the first thing you do is look for your best friend, because it's perfect, everything is perfect, so where are they? they have to be there, right? if everything is wonderful, they have to be there with you, so you spin yourself in circles looking for them. they must be there somewhere, and you can't enjoy your beautiful, endless eternity without them.

Ghost saying "Guardian, there you are" is my favourite line in Destiny, I think.

Final Shape Spoilers

The last time we lost our Light we were literally forced to our knees from the sheer shock or pain of it. But when our Light is lost in excision, our Guardian completely ignores that and went straight for Ghost!!! How much pain were they in!!! We love him so so much!!

That whole mission just destroyed me to be honest, the human female voice lines sound so uniquely subdued and just so so sad. Like she knew it was fruitless to try to ask the Traveler for anything but still tried anyway, knowing it was probably pointless. The voice acting in general for the whole expansion was incredible, and was so so emotional. Ghosts screams of agony throughout genuinely broke my heart.

The fact that he reverts to the Generalist shell, like he was when he found us. The parallel between the beginning of Destiny being Ghost waking us up, and ending Destiny with us waking up Ghost. The "There you are," having so much obvious relief in it. Like he was looking for us even in death. GODDDDDDD our Guardians little hug and shaky inhale. I love them. I love them so much. The Guardian and Ghost relationship is genuinely so beautiful and meaningful to me. I love this game.

Persona 3: SEES are well connected and are able to buy weapons from a contact within the police force.

Persona 5: The weapons are actually just models that work within the Metaverse because they look real.

Persona 4: Alright, so Inaba has this blacksmith who sells guns to children.

I’ve had people (non-pornbots) try to strike conversation out of nowhere in my DMs recently, and now I’m wondering if they were doing that because they wanted to follow me and thought they needed to interact first. I feel compelled to say, just in case, that it’s totally okay to follow this blog (or my side blog, for that matter) even if we’ve never talked before.
