imagine you die and end up in an eternal paradise of warmth and light and beauty where everything feels pure and perfect. it's everything that's kind and gentle. it's all encompassing. it's bliss. and the first thing you do is look for your best friend, because it's perfect, everything is perfect, so where are they? they have to be there, right? if everything is wonderful, they have to be there with you, so you spin yourself in circles looking for them. they must be there somewhere, and you can't enjoy your beautiful, endless eternity without them.

Ghost saying "Guardian, there you are" is my favourite line in Destiny, I think.

I've had this little idea in my head for a while now, so I decided to sit down and plot it out.

Disclaimer: This isn't meant to be some sort of One-Worksheet-Fits-All situation. This is meant to be a visual representation of some type of story planning you could be doing in order to develop a plot!

Lay down groundwork! (Backstory integral to the beginning of your story.) Build hinges. (Events that hinge on other events and fall down like dominoes) Suspend structures. (Withhold just enough information to make the reader curious, and keep them guessing.)

Final Shape Spoilers

The last time we lost our Light we were literally forced to our knees from the sheer shock or pain of it. But when our Light is lost in excision, our Guardian completely ignores that and went straight for Ghost!!! How much pain were they in!!! We love him so so much!!

That whole mission just destroyed me to be honest, the human female voice lines sound so uniquely subdued and just so so sad. Like she knew it was fruitless to try to ask the Traveler for anything but still tried anyway, knowing it was probably pointless. The voice acting in general for the whole expansion was incredible, and was so so emotional. Ghosts screams of agony throughout genuinely broke my heart.

The fact that he reverts to the Generalist shell, like he was when he found us. The parallel between the beginning of Destiny being Ghost waking us up, and ending Destiny with us waking up Ghost. The "There you are," having so much obvious relief in it. Like he was looking for us even in death. GODDDDDDD our Guardians little hug and shaky inhale. I love them. I love them so much. The Guardian and Ghost relationship is genuinely so beautiful and meaningful to me. I love this game.

ok so the story of this is that the other day i caved and bought that stupid promo water gun evoker for the first p3 movie and i watched an unboxing of it and the person shot it and it went like 10+ feet away and @chicanodechicago and i were like EXTREME PERSONA SUMMONING altho mitsuru would probably kill them if she figured out they were playing around w their evokers like this
