Regardless of whatever horror happens, the human capability to deny reality is infinite & the gaslighting never stops. Even if the Geneva Convention is treated as a to-do list, even if israeli officials have declared intentions of genocide a million times, even if israeli teenagers dream of Disneyland in Gaza, even if every corpse is seen by the world, even if war crimes have never been committed so brazenly, there will be a guy somewhere who goes "it's just war, people die in war all the time". Everyone has a brain, thinking and morality is optional

And to the people who ask why we non-Americans care about American politics, it's because of your foreign policy. Other states have to either fall in line and become America's little lapdog like my own does, or the picture above is what happens to their citizens. Sometimes the former doesn't prevent the latter either.
